No microwave and no small fridge in the rooom. We were traveling with kids and necessary things such as milk or yogurt to keep in a fridge would have been helpful. They do Not provide towels for the beach, considering that is a touristic destination they should have in mind that not all guest will be carrying towels on their trip.

The food is great , great selection of foods to choose from. The staff is very helpful and observative on needs of customers. The prices are low for the amount of food and choices available.

In the summer time there were flies around the table we were eating. They become pesky bothersome at times. Maybe this can be better controlled by air vents atvthe doors to prevent them from entering

The breakfast was very good. I’m mid sized with a great appetite, but on the other hand my wife is a lot smaller with a little appetite, for her the breakfast was a bit pricey. Coffee was great, hot and very flavourful

As far as food flavour is concerned .No complaints.

The facility is very clean. Rooms and parking area are very spacious. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Staff is extremely attentive, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The bathrooms need a little update with ventilation.

The property was very beautiful. Pool trees etc.

Not too much to complain about, just wish there was a couple of chairs and a table on the balcony so we could have a couple of drinks and enjoy the evening.

The breakfast buffet is nice. The pool and grounds are tasteful

Service for checking in was slow and the service at the restaurant was terrible. There aren’t other restaurants nearby so the hotel restaurant was really out only choice

This is a stunningly beautiful older hotel. The restaurant/bar was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly, as well as patient with my limited Spanish. The parking is secure.

The hot water was inconsistent, but it is an older building. It seemed to be sparsely occupied, and the upper floors appeared to be closed off. It may be struggling. I would still highly recommend it.

Very close to everything, attractive and good was the excellent.

Shower and toilet need update. It was rusted.

Close to a main road with city buses and heavy trucks going by. Federal officers showing up and patrolling one of the mornings kind of surprised us and made us wonder

Food was the best

Thin blankets...when I asked for 2 more as we were 4 guests , the receptionist said housekeeper was not available !! At 8 pm.!
