Hotel is easy to get to, plenty of parking spots available right under the hotel. Staff was super amazing, really friendly and kind people. They welcomed us, walked us to our room, and explained everything that was needed The little cabin-like room was so cozy! It had an electric fireplace heater that just accentuated the coziness ♥️ All services were great, good water pressure and temperature, along with all the needed toiletries. The complex has a communal area with a coffee bar, tables, sofas, a heater, and a balcony with more tables; perfect for a nice chat with friends and family before heading to the rooms. Oh, the complex also has a terrace with a super nice view, very relaxing as you can hear the birds chirping. They also have a little shop in the reception area, in case you forgot anything since it's far walking to the little downtown. And if you think it couldn't get any better, they also spoil you with a coupon for the restaurant next to "La Vaca De San José." Great restaurant btw! great food, great ambience, really pretty cozy place ♥️

I found a little odd how the room doors have a horizontal aperture. We were lucky we didn't have noisy neighbors and it was also low season, but otherwise, I think you could potentially hear noise from the other rooms. You can also hear the motorcycles, as it's located on the side of the road.

We booked a cottage and really enjoyed our stay. We woke up every morning to views of the mountains, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the coffee and water available in the lounge area. Just FYI this is not a remote cabin in the forrest - it was fine for us as it was convenient to reach with a car but if you're looking for something very remote this is probably not the place.

I was recommended this hotel from a friend and we loved EVERYTHING about it from the amazing view to the finishings of the room. Marianna checked us in and provided amazing service through the whole stay. This was one of my favourite hotels in Mexico. The beds were comfortable, showers hot!!! multiple places to relax, the electric fireplaces were great! STARLINK WIFI in the mountains!!! 10/10 in everyway. The restaurant next door provides amazing food aswell! A great place to stay for a few nights. You will not be dissappointed!

- Room was nicely appointed - Outdoor terrace was very pretty with gorgeous views of the lush mountains - Wifi was good - Staff were helpful with questions

- Soundproofing could be better. The noise from the vehicles on the road were loud, and the door to the room itself had a slit in the wood so you could hear noise from the other side. The bathroom door also wasn’t flush to the floor so you could hear noise from in there, too - There was construction in front of the hotel which took away from the aesthetics but overall the views were great

Great location for an amazing view. Beautiful wood cabins. Great hiking and delicious mushrooms. The Temazcal experience they offer is well worth it.

Lots of construction as the cabins are a work in progress. Didn't really bother us but it would have been awesome if it had been completed. You can tell it is going to be amazing once it's finished. We did lose water and electricity for a few hours one morning.

This hotel is perched high up on the hills overlooking the mountain town of San Jose Del Pacifico. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the cabins are cosy and warm, with an electric fire and wooden walls. The balcony though is by far the best part of the room, overlooking the valley, completely immersing you in nature. Coffee facilities are available in the general breakfast room free of charge, the bathroom was nice, and the bed was huge and very comfy.

The shower wasn't draining very well at all, so we had to take a long break between one of us showering and the other. Our cabin, whilst overlooking the valley, was also overlooking some in-progress building work on a new cabin. This is just unfortunate timing, but traffic cones and piles of sand ruined somewhat the view - however, once this is finished, it'll be fine.

Beautiful cabin and property. Just like in the pictures. Was easy to reach things around by foot or electrical tuk tuk.

We were missing some essentials like lights in the bedlamps. A cloth to dry the dishes, utensils etc, but when we asked the staff they came by very quickly to make sure to provide what they could. Balcony of one of the rooms was unusable because the wooden beams are warped/loose.

Stunning setting! We stayed in a cabin the first 2 nights and very spacious and amazing beds, incredible views including of the starry night skies! Staff were friendly and helpful and helped us organise a Temazcal. Great food in the restaurant onsite - try the vegetable omelette

In the cabin there was no internet, no hot water and we couldn’t get the TV to work. All these things did work in the room in the main building so I think it’s the separated proximity of the cabins which is the issue

Our cabin was just stunning! A lot of attention to detail, the beds are super comfortable, the hanging chair on the balcony is super nice and it just feels super cozy. We loved the electrical fire places as it was a bit colder while we were there.

The only little minus would be the lack of WiFi, it’s not working that good but it is nice to spend some days there in nature with a little internet detox.

After travelling on the road this was like staying in a 5 star hotel and very good value for the money. Brand new and a very beautiful room with gas fire and balcony. Warm, cosy and luxurious. Jenny on the front desk was just lovely and very helpful. Beautiful view and an easy 15 min walk to town or 15 pesos for a tuc tuc which was useful to get there as its all uphill from the centre.Highly recommended. I felt like a King in a palace. I recommend taking a guide for a hike ( organised by Jenny for 300 pesos ) I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much 😊

It was perfect just wish I had a girlfriend to share it with x Restaurant was very useful to have next door but it is quite expensive
