So much to like. The staff were very welcoming, we were directed to a parking space under the hotel and ushered in to check in where everything went smoothly. It has a lovely calm lobby with a water wall where one can sit and relax, but we loved sitting in the terrace room. They had ice buckets available near the dining room, and we were able to mix a drink and sit there enjoying the view. We stayed in 4 hotels during this journey, and Hotel Zenith was the only one to provide the full complement of room amenities we like (hair conditioner and body cream for instance). Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was ideal to wander the very lively centro area, where some lovely murals surround the zocalo. Breakfast is made to order and the selections change every day of the week. What a great concept!

Great, 4-star hotel near the ADO bus station. I had a morning bus at 5 o'clock and felt comfortable walking alone the two-minute walk to the bus station in the early hours. Staff was super nice and helped me arrange a day trip to the biosphere with a great tour guide. Near the Zocalo (main square). No complaints.

The hotel has a great location within Tehuacán city. It's easy to reach, the room was fantastic: super clean, confortable, with nice toiletries. The staff were helpful and both checking in and out we're seamless. The city it's totally worth the visit. It's safe, people are lovely (used to foreigner people and tourists), and it's also very lively.

we like everything about this property. It is one of our favorite hotels - we travel extensively and we stay in many types of hotels. the mark of excellence in a hotel is to be able to deliver the basics at a consistently superior standard. At the most fundamental level, why does one pay for a hotel? So that when you are stressed and tired from your travels, you have a comfortable place to clean up and rest. The Hotel Zenith exceeds at the basics. very comfortable, good beds, super clean and super quiet. Here we can rest as if we were at home. The staff are exceptional. Cordial, helpful, professional and attentive. Parking is in attached enclosed garage - super convenient. The location is city center, easy walking to a host of shopping and restaurants. Any special requests are handled with genuine concern for guests. We often find ourselves in hotels costing 5-8 times the room rate of Hotel Zenith, yet few can match the marvelous comfort and hospitality available at the Hotel Zenith.

I loved the attitude of the staff members. The place is nice. Bed very comfortable. Good shower pressure . Good internet. Close to main plaza. Breakfast good 😊

In particular I do not like rooms without fresh air. I would have loved to be able to open the window. I do not like recycle ♻️ air.

Amazing customer service! This property was very clean along with being in a very central location. I would definitely recommend staying here. Also, the on-site restaurant is very good! Again, amazing service along with a very clean restaurant.

Personnel were very responsive and pleasant. Room and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices and outstanding service. Location was perfect, 2 blocks from the town square in convenient commercial area.

All the staff were very helpful and willing to assist at all times. Very clean, great breakfast and wonderful room service. Didn't even miss having a pool. Great location and close to everything you need...restaurants and entertainment. Can't wait to go back! 😁

I like everything.,-location is close to ADO bus station, in the city center. Hotel is new , very clean, very comfortable bed , big room, everything working, international TV , daily water supply, good breakfast! Very supportive and professional staff! Great people!

The property was clean and although you’re in the heart of city, the rooms and hotel are super quiet. My toddler was able to nap peacefully in our quiet dark room without having to worry about the outside noise.
