Great hotel for the price you pay, I'll give it 4 stars. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well, just rooms with a bed. Clean, with a functioning bathroom. Shower takes a while to heat up, but no big deal. Great location. Did not have the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast, as we were out early mornings. Breakfast started at 9am when we were there. Did not true the Wi-Fi speed, but I know it worked.

The stuff supports you in everything that you need. I had to get a Taxi at 4:30 AM, and they arranged it easily. Also, the location is excellent and the beds are excellent for sleeping. The place is really centric and in a couple of min, you can reach the city center and enjoy Pot Coffee or other incredible dishes.

I'm unsure if hot water should be, but there wasn't and Zacatlan is a cold place. The other thing that is tricky, but this is related to Booking, is sometimes they only charge you half price and sometimes one night, this is messy since you might have to pay at the last minute for some extra stuff like what happened to me.

Location was good, just a few blocks from downtown and other sightseeings. The room was very clean and fairly confortable. There is plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room with sufficient electrical outlets, nice bathroom, good wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, but close to the canyon (la barranca), with excellent views. If you have a car, the hotel has a huge parking lot.

There was no a/c or fan, but with the windows open, you don't need them.

Beautiful place and close to everything. I highly recommend you stay here and book a tour with the kind and friendly lady doing tours outside.
