The location is pretty good. You can walk to the whole town. There are more restaurants than it appears. You don't have to eat at the hotel's restaurant if you don't want to. Big, old hotel. There's a pool and drinking water available. And our car felt secure parked in front and they have cameras. The place feels a bit run down, but it's still fine. It served our purposes as a safe resting place to go and visit the amazing Cascades Minas Viejas!!

The staff are not super friendly. Maybe they're just shy??? The restaurant was sub par! Our server was not the best. She didn't seem like she liked her job. And the food was bland. And there were only two types of beer to choose from. No wine, tequila or mescal. There are many other restaurants within walking distance.

Very clean, and nice staff. Restaurant good food and prices. Continental breakfast is great

They keep track of their towels . Make sure to leave them in place and don take them or.loose them.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant served a good breakfast. We liked the colourful paintings in the hotel and restaurant.

A/C smelly and rattling: needed maintenance and filter replacement. Hot water is available at occasions: most of the time, it was not. Pool maintenance weak.

Nice facilities

If you are a light sleeper and you get a room that's by the highway you should ask to move. Any trucks that went by completely rattled the windows and there are birds right outside the window that are EXTREMELY loud and start at 4AM so good luck getting any sleep.

it has a little diner and it had a small pool to cool down from the heat and it’s close to waterfall el meco and had a river close by as well

the room was not dirty at view point but one pillow smelled like poop and had dead cockroach behind it so we slept on top of the covers

The location was amazing, very close to the natural attractions nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very small and simple but clean. There is a swimming pool in the patio which is surrounded by all the rooms, so you will definitely not be able to enjoy silent atmosphere till at around 23 hours as people are still outside. Breakfast was very simple.

The air conditioning unit was very loud , could not sleep. Beds were not comfortable.
