It was a really centrical place, right next to the central bus station, the rooms were clean tho my bed sheet had a (bleach?) stain on it but overall really clean. They also have a terrace with a somewhat nice view of the whole city and downtown is not far away.

My bed sheet had a stain on it. I wanna believe it was from bleach but I didn't see it until the next day at check out so I couldn't even let the staff know because I stayed over night.

They often keep the front door locked and it was hard to get in a couple times.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room, nice facilities. Good location near city center.

The facility was new and modern. A beautiful roof terrace where the coffee tastes even better in the morning. Relatively close to the center and easy to walk to everything.

It's incredibly loud all day and night. Windows are poorly installed and do not isolate the sound at all. Also the room doors, they are thin and don't close completely. There was also a gap between the door frame and the wall, so you could hear everything. The worst was the traffic, I had to sleep with earplugs. You could clearly hear every word exchanged at reception, hear every step taken up the stairs. Also room neighbors could hear clearly whatever they were doing. The WiFi was also very unstable and unusable for most of the day. The TV has neither cable connection to satellite connection. Unfortunately, hotel staff does not speak English.

Capital o hotel did not honor our change of dates that was confirmed weeks prior to our stay. On the morning of our trip I saw that my card had already been charged for the stay due to no show policy . I attempted to reach out directly to the hotel and instead found that they use a service for guest support. The call center employees were not at all helpful and refused to give a direct number for the hotel. We were left trying to find alternate accommodations and were never refunded for their mistake. Overall a terrible experience. We are still waiting for this to be resolved. So hopefully you don't have to change your dates with this hotel because they will charge you and leave you without a place to stay.

The owner was very friendly he tried to fix the problem they gave away our reservation and this was very disappointing and they took us to an other hotel but the bed was not a king size as the one we reserved and then the new hotel tried to charge us more. This was bad as the person who answered the door basically said sorry we tried calling you but you did not answer and we gave away your room . This is totatlly unacceptable. we dont ever live there to have a working phone that is why people make reservations!!!!!

the gave away our reservation and took us to another hotel that did not have a king size bed and then the new hotel wated to charge us more. I made a fuss about they honored it but was a very sad and dissapointed. The owner was very nice in trying to accomodate their mistake but this should not happen
