The location of the hotel is perfect for ski lovers, especially when you have kids. It is easy to get to the slopes at your individual convenience and get back to your family, which is comfortably staying at the hotel. Ski room and equipment at the hotel were excellent, as well as the staff providing them, avoiding the crowds at the ski center. We loved the Signature Suite, it was spacious and very comfortable, totally worth it. The whole experience at this hotel was excellent and we will be back for sure.

There was nothing we did not like, but we have a suggestion. Since the hotel is mainly frequented by families, it would be good to have an indoor children playroom, as they can get loud in the halls of the hotel.

The location was perfect. The facilities were amazing and the staff was wonderful.

This hotel had some very positive aspects, but also some drawbacks. The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable, offering a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere for a vacation. Another advantage was its proximity to the ski slopes, making it very easy and quick to access skiing activities. The breakfast was also good, with a variety of options and quality food to start the day. However, one weak point was the food service. One of the dinners we had was a complete failure, as the taste and quality of the food did not meet the expectations for a hotel of this level. Furthermore, they brought my child a hamburger that was completely undercooked, with raw meat, which was a big concern. Additionally, the prices of the food in the restaurant were very high, almost comparable to a very fine restaurant in Italy, while the quality of the food did not justify these prices. What was even more disappointing was that no one from the restaurant staff came to apologize after they were fully aware of our concerns. This was a big disappointment and did not align with the standards we expected. Overall, I can say that the experience of the stay was good in terms of accommodation, breakfast, and skiing opportunities, but the food service, prices, and lack of proper customer service clearly needed improvement.

We have enjoyed our stay in Swissotel Kolasin. The front desk staff is very friendly, especially Dragana who was very helpful in resolving an issue we had. The decor and feel of the front desk is very nice. We loved breakfast! The ski room charges you a daily fee per guest however your boots are dry in the morning and your equipment looked after so for us it was worth it. We liked that you can ski from the ski room straight to the lift (not for beginners). We appreciated the coffee pods and Rituals bathroom amenities. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

The hotel needs to hire part time housekeeping staff in anticipation of busy ski weekends as the full time staff is unable to man the requirements of high occupancy weekends. They are hard working but just very understaffed for a full house. The beds are very very hard.

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was cozy and warm, with a beautifully designed mountain aesthetic that created a relaxing and inviting vibe. The food was decent, offering a good variety, and the spacious suite was perfect for our family. We particularly enjoyed the large bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a lovely experience with a great ambiance.

However, there were a few concerns that affected our stay. The spa area, although pleasant, had extremely slippery tiles, which made it a bit hazardous. The biggest issue, though, was the freestanding bioethanol fireplace in the middle of the spa area. It had sharp-edged glass that could easily cause injury, and to make matters worse, it was never turned on during our stay, making it seem unnecessary and unsafe. Additionally, while the bathroom in our suite was spacious, the small sink offered very little space for toiletries, which made things a bit inconvenient.

My recent experience at Swissotel Resort Kolašin was exceptionally positive. Although there is ongoing construction around the hotel, it did not diminish the quality of my stay. We informed the hotel about our estimated time of arrival, and when we arrived, the bellboy was waiting for us in front of the hotel. He took care of our car and luggage, which made the check-in process smooth and convenient. The receptionist was also polite and quickly explained everything we needed to know about the hotel and its services. The Signature Apartment I booked was impeccably clean and perfectly appointed. Each room had its own bathroom, which added to the comfort and privacy. The quality of the furnishings and the apartment's amenities are top-notch, providing a sense of luxury and comfort. We arrived late, and they had left complimentary snacks and water in our room. It wasn't much, but it was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed. Due to the construction work and the fact that the spa is not yet operational, the hotel has adjusted its pricing accordingly, making it a great value for the experience offered. I found the rates to be quite reasonable, and it was worth every penny.

I was really surprised. Won't lie , I was curious to check out the ski center, and the best time is summer when there are no crowds and the day is longer. The hotel is built in a "lodge" style and it is cozy. I liked every detail. Rooms are big enough with everything you might need, including a kitchen sink, oven, and fridge. The Internet works great and there is a balcony you can certainly use. The staff is great. Extremely polite and really glad to see you there. They are genuinely worried about your "hotel experience". I really appreciate that.

There's nothing to complain about. 100%. I will mention that spa is "yet to come". I am not a spa lover at all, and that doesn't affect me, but you've been warned :)

The kitchen needs improvement. The food was not tasty at all for a hotel of this level!

The staff was amazing and so nice. The hotel have a beautiful panoramic view on the mountains and when it snow it’s even Prettier. The hotel is new and the room are really big and well equipped. The room have everything we needed inside and everything else the hotel was willing to help us with. The spa is amazing I had one of the best massage in there.

The ski site was closed so we wanted to spend a little time in the hotel, but the pool was closed and it was a little bit disappointing. They have sauna and gym that was nice but that all for activities in the hotel and around it.

High quality finishes, great location next to Skilift, easy access from roads. Very clean facilities. Excellent and professional staff knowledge and service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. The quality of the food was excellent(breakfast especially). We would definitely come back again and we already had started recommending this hotel to everyone.

The food and cocktails were overpriced and not everything on the manu was available.
