Everything , but the most beautiful thing about the property is the staff

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It has a great location in the old town of Bar with beautiful views of the surroundings. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and breakfast were amazing. We ate at the restaurant for both nights of our stay and it didn't disappoint. What's great about the breakfast as well is that it's until 12:00, giving you a lot of time in the morning. Amenities were great. Nicely sized spa and wellness and a great pool with views of the city.

Our room was a bit tiny but this was in part compensated by the large terrace with city views. There isn't a whole lot to complain about to be honest, maybe one feedback would be to make the spa adults only and not let kids in. This was a bit disturbing as the responsible adults were not supervising their kids very well.

Beautiful hotel that blends in with its historic surroundings

Small children (of other guests) running around screaming post midnight. Perhaps they need to enforce a quiet curfew?

No words can describe this hotel, everything was beyond any expectations. The personnel was very nice and tried to help at any time either by giving directions or by helping with dinner reservations at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was more than sufficient and the dinner we had 2 nights in a row was the best we had at any hotel, we tried more than 7 different dishes and all were perfect. We will definitely return as soon as time allows us. Thank you once more for this experience and we hope you will keep this type of service in the future.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, constructed on multiple levels, which makes it a bit of an adventure. You can never be quite sure where the restaurant is, where the rooms begin, or where the spa ends. It’s like a maze with multiple entry points, each leading you to a different experience. There are so many wonderful young people here, all striving to make your stay as pleasant as possible on every level. Their dedication to service is truly impressive, adding to the charm and unique atmosphere of the hotel.

Understanding how to reach the hotel can be challenging. Google maps will make some of worst U turns ever and you will lose experience

1. Staff:- We traveled via train to Bar that reached pretty early in the morning. On reaching the hotel, the staff let us check in early. All the staff members that we met were friendly, warm and helpful. They helped us with all our queries around the place. Even helped us with booking the cab. 2. Location:- We could not ask for a better location, amidst the nature's serenity. The hotel balcony faces the old town fort and has a exquisite view of the valley and pretty old town 3. Room:- Our room was very cosy and view from the window was nothing less than the scene from a movie. It was so quiet that we could hear the chirping of every bird. Breakfast:- We were greeted with delicious breakfast on the table in their restaurant that had a beautiful view!! The freshly squeezed juice was worth giving a try and tasted very authentic. Hamam:- Would recommend trying their in-house Hamam service. The facility was clean and well maintained and we liked the service as well. That was a big bonus. All in all the property is the highlight if someone is planning to visit Bar old town

Great location. Polite and attentive staff. Design of the hotel and the room itself - very authentic, hard to say what is old and renovated and what is new. Variety of tasty meals for breakfast.

Right in front of the balcony there is some equipment (industrial cooler?) that was making constant noise, very loud if you open the balcony door - so you need to sleep with the window closed and cannot chill on the balcony.

Stunning location with absolutely amazing views down to the pedestrianised area and across to the ruined old town.

The one downside to our room (which would have applied to about half the room in the hotel) was that the restaurant extractor was below our room, making quite a lot of noise and blowing kitchen fumes towards us. It meant that the terrace was really only good for drying swimsuits on!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The language was very good and easy to communicate in English. the place was very clean and food at the hotel was great. facilities were amazing. I loved that the food was halal and one person in our group had several dietary requirements and staff tried their best to help.

There was no bus or transport to the beach and the hotel is quite far from the beach. Taxi is cheap but multiple trips do add up. but this is not a huge issue overall still think the hotel was a great experience and worth the money.

The hotel is a precious experience - great buildings surrounded by beautiful mountains and the historic scenery. The complex just fits perfectly within its environment. First class spa. Motivated and friendly employees. Very decent food. Greetings to all - keep it up!
