We got a free upgrade to Premium. Food was fine, however Resort should offer different food from different cuisine rather than basic one. Pools are very good and not many people around them as you can choose one out of several pools. Resort has a excellent location.

Rooms needs updated. Not sound proof at all bathrooms needs updated and bed-sheets not really 4 star buy maybe 2 or 3. In the room there is no much facilities, it is outdated for a five star. Hotel management can do a bit more to hire quality staff. Staff - mainly waiters in the bars and main restaurant are students with 0 experience. Almost no waiters around pools. Cocktails were not good at all. Housekeeping staff can be more efficient.

The resort is beautiful and clean. The staff are really nice and helpful. The buffet food was really good and plentiful, with a lot of choices. The Garden Junior Suite was great size for my wife, our 20 month old daughter and myself(two bedrooms). The rooms were cleaned daily and we were provided fresh clean towels. The resort is very family friendly.

For dinner you have a choice to reserve a restaurant at either A La Carte(Italian), or Knife. A La Carte restaurant was food from the buffet, and mainly pizza. The Knife restaurants menu was extremely limited for all inclusive customers. The waiting staff and service was amazing at both restaurants, but the limited food options made it a better choice to go to the buffet instead. I’ve been to other all inclusive resorts in Mexico and Dominican Republic which had much better restaurant choices and food. The pools opened at 10am, which is pretty late. I would recommend they should open at 8am. The wifi was horrible, but we didnt really mind. However if I had to work remotely at the property, I would not be able to.

I liked everything it was fabulous the best all inclusive hotel in Montenegro we were speechless this resort has everything for family also I recommend for couples.For sure we booked again to go in august again..staff is so friendly they’re soo helpful can’t wait to be back🥰

Selection of fruit was poor - nothing like the photos

Resort is perfect for family vacation, expecially with baby room staff, they really took care of our 8month baby in the nice playground, they are open from 10 to 12 and from 4pm to 6pm, and in the evening they were babysitting our 2 year son, so many thanks to Ivana, Teodora and Vasilisa. There is also for 3+ years kids club with lot activities. Also to mention that we had luck to meat Tanja on reception, she was really kind and one of the reasons that we will come back soon 😊 She was wiling to explain us everything in detail, which is important so you can organize day in the best way and as you need to make reservations for dinner in restaurants if you are in premium part. Coffe, I suggest to have at least one place where staff will make coffe by themself, cappucino, late etc (we just found it on the premium pool and it is not the best one). And also it would make sense to accept reservations for dinner in premium restaurants until 4pm as the check in is at 3pm

Lovely complex with lots of areas to relax including 8 swimming pools and a number of bars however these were all closed when we arrived

Didn’t have the holiday vibes. Very quiet , no entertainment and all bars shut so evenings were boring

Osoblje je preljubazno, priroda je lepa, resort lepo uredjen i ima dosta sadrzaja za decu. Bazeni su bili cisti i odrzavani.

Organizacija u restoranu; nismo dobili informaciju na recepciji da imamo pravo na hotelske peskire, sto smo naknadno saznali od osoblja na plazi; losa organizacija po pitanju rezervacije baldahina kod bazena (placaju se 40e dnevno a bez obzira na rezervaciju koju smo imali za 3 dana, svaki dan smo nalazili ljude koji su rezervisani baldahin ujutru zauzimali pa smo morali svaki put da im objasnjavamo kako smo mi te baldahine platili).

The bar and grill by premium pool were great. Swim up pool was also nice, but overlooked by pool area so not private. Hotel facilities were clean, well maintained and rooms were modern and nice. Good selection of food in restaurants.

A lot of seasonal staff who were reluctant to assist, and some quite rude staff in some of the restaurants. Large restaurant was poorly managed without enough staff to clear places (resulting in many empty but messy tables so hard to find tables). For an all inclusive hotel there is also quite a lot that is additional or paid for which we didn’t expect.

Everything was close to our apartment - the beach was 200 meters but beautiful and sandy. Grill bar and the beach bar had variety of food and drinks, we had premium all inclusive, which contained every alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Many pools for different purposes - kids and 18+ pools also - the kids club offered all day care if needed (we only tried for a 45 minutes) - overall everything was great, highly recommended.

Our AC wasn’t working in the first 2 days but nobody believed us - they sent a man to repair but nothing has changed, the 3rd day I went to the assistant front office manager and she immediately gave us the room next to us, where the AC was working properly. So from that point our holiday went excellently :) I didn’t know that there is a staff on the ground floor where we should have addressed the issue - at the end all turned out good thanks to the lady in the reception (with round glasses I forgot her name 🫣)

Staff very friendly and helpful. You were spoilt for choice at meal times. The rooms were clean, beds really comfy. The weather was not great but there was always kids entertainment popping up all over the place as soon as it started raining.

Smell of sewage in the bathroom. Alcoholic drinks/coctails were very light on alcohol.
