Spacious and clean apartment. There was hot water and working heaters all over the place. The kitchen was alright. Calm and safe location.

The bed could've been better.

Quiet place and so clean. Safe for a woman to stay in and the staff is Professionnel and welcoming.

Breakfast wasn't varied at all and was so limited. I would like to have a buffet-like experience or at least I can choose out of many options. Plus the star gazing at night is just FABULOUS!

The appartment was clean, very well put together and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay!

The appartment was cold given the weather on November in Ifrane! The staff provided me with a portable heater but I had to use it in one place!

The hotel has many strong points that made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pools are spacious, clean, and located everywhere, making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun. The included breakfast was definitely a highlight, with a wide variety of choices, attentive waiters, comfortable seating, good music, and an overall pleasant vibe. The property itself is huge, almost like walking through a small neighborhood, which gave us plenty of space to explore. We also appreciated the extra activities available, such as renting quads, electric scooters, or bikes, which added more fun to the experience.

On the other hand, there were some notable downsides. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and without a car, getting around is inconvenient. There are no grocery stores or shops nearby, so buying daily essentials requires a trip to the city. Security felt weak, especially at the main entrance where there was often no one checking incoming guests, and the property was very dark at night, forcing us to rely on flashlights. The apartment equipment was incomplete when we arrived—basic kitchen items were missing, as well as things like a TV remote and a drying rack. It took several complaints at the reception before these were provided, which was frustrating. The room itself was just average, with no working air conditioning and poorly placed electrical outlets, which made it less comfortable than expected.

i pay with my credit card when my mum arrived to the reception the men tell her that the roon its not payed in i had to send him the receipt that the money its collect it from my account in then he say ok yes sur its mistake in then the same thing happen on the checkout the lady ask my mum to pay for the room i think its not nice i had to soeack to her again !!
