this is a very big facility that can ammodate alot of people. it was perfect stay for us. we loved the place and had time to walk around the city during our stay
There is need to consider equipping the gym for members to find time in the the gym.

The breakfast had a wide choice and was quite good. The hotel location was ideal because my work site is at the port harbour. The staff is excellent... friendly and go beyond the call of duty in assisting guests.
I struggled with gym equipment as instructions are mainly in Portuguese, and I could not use the treadmills to full effect. The wi-fi connection drops quite often, needs improvement.

Breakfast with hot options, fruit salad. Spacious room, great lounge area to receive people, quiet location on seaside but still at the heart of the city.
Restaurant continues very limited in its options for dinner; they were unable to provide a second keycard even though two persons were sharing a room.

The facilities were modern and nice. The room was comfortable and with a great view of the sea. Also, every amenity worked very well. The breakfast was good. And the staff is very supportive and attemptive.
the fact that in the bathroom in my room there was a leak somewhere that kept the floor wet. And their restaurant closes at 9 pm so if you are hungry you have to manage somewhere else, for they don't seem to have room service.

Good position, first row to the sea. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast breakfast.

The internet was poor, and the bathroom did not have good lighting nor a good shower.

The room was very comfortable, the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were super friendly.
The bar does not sell alcohol, this should be clearer from the hotel profile. Also, it would be nice if the pool was a bit more private from the restaurant terrace, it is very open.

The very friendly staff. Everyone was very helpful and we felt very well accommodated for our business trip.
The rooms are huge and modernly designed and equipped.
