The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The pizza at the meat restaurant is very good as is the breakfast. The room is comfortable and we felt at home.

The Wi-Fi is very weak. The air conditioning in room 1160 was not cold. But it is worth recognizing the effort of the staff to resolve the issue. The power in the room went out after I plugged in my laptop and it was only after two hours that they suggested to change rooms.

Excellent Hotel, Staff, Services, Location, Food, Breakfast. Really Enjoyed my Stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody travelling to Pemba. Airport pick-up and drop-off service was also helpful. Raphael Hotel has done well, and hopefully will continue to do well, because of their outstanding service.

Quiet and good aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Internet was not functional. The only let down to an otherwise good stay. The breakfast had a reasonable selection. It was fresh, healthy options and hygienic, but please don't expect Michelin and remember where you are.

The breakfast was fantastic and filling. They also have a small room that serves as a gym. Enough equipment to keep fit.

The wifi system is very outdated and you barely have any network. They also provided their own exchange rate when it was time to pay and charged in MZN instead of the dollar amount from Booking.com. That can be an issue to be prepared for.

The reception on the premises was good, we could ask for transfer shuttle which is available for free. The staff is helpfull, and the hotel was above my expectation, regarding room size and quality.

Unfortunattly i could not get a room on the upper floors, they were all occupied.

I was here for ten days for work: Excellent service and lovely staff, the buffet breakfast offered different items each day, free airport transfers. Ate at old times feel bar couple of times, pretty decent too.

From the staff to the cleanliness to the breakfast, everything was wonderful.

Our flats don't have any crockery. No pots and pans for cooking. There's no point in having a kitchen without crockery and cooking utensils.

Very nice restaurant and staff. Breakfast need improvement. There might be offered a caffe filter at least.

Stay was good, Staff needs to be multi lingual as not all guest speaks Portuguese.

Payment services was not Good as I had to leave the hotel and of draw cash from a ATM to pay for my accommodation as the hotel done not accept Mastercard for payments, which lead to me wasting my clients time to check to form the hotel
