Ease hotel is a fantastic hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately I aggravated an old injury so we spent most of our time in the hotel and I can’t think of a better place to rest and recuperate. The room is a good size, well appointed and we never felt cramped or caged. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the food at the roof top bar was very good. The pool looked amazing but I didn’t take advantage of it but definitely will next time we are here…. We will certainly be returning! The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful, and couldn’t do enough for us. I thought the people in Thailand and Vietnam were friendly but the people here in Myanmar take friendliness up a level. Location seems to be very good, handy to the palace and several important pagodas but I might have to leave my comments on the location to the next time we are here when I can get out and explore this amazing city.

This is my second time staying here. I love the view from the room. You can watch sunrise from your room. The room is very spacious and feels very homely. I love the glass window of the bathroom too. The lobby and pool floor are very grand and beautiful Staff are so friendly and hospitable.

I like to iron my clothes before I go out but I couldn't find an iron either time I stayed there. The hairdryer was very plasticy and not a very good model. Could do with a better newer one. In the corridor, the hotel would play really good music. But sometimes when I'm trying to rest in the afternoon and take a nap, the music can be so loud, I can hear it from the room. The volume could be toned down a bit I do love the music though! All good choices.

Breakfast was very good with reach selection. Nice and helpfull staff.

Not possible to find even cup of coffee after 10 PM. The hotel currency conversion rate was to high and very different from an official rate and as outcome the hotel room costs much more that Booking.com has promised. But the reception staff agreed to charge us in local currency using the official rate, so situation was resolved in a good way, thanks

A fabulous view from the huge window… You can hv a panoramic view of the city, the hills and the sunrise.. It’s amazing!

The fee on the booking app is 90 USD per night, but the actual settlement requires me to pay MMK at an exchange rate of 2500MMK: 1 USD. However, the official exchange rate of the Myanmar government is 2100mmk: 1 USD, which is equivalent to overcharging me 17 USD. What is the difference between this and fraud?
