Very clean, spacious and nice room, pretty good price and most importantly good people who welcomed me with open arms and helped me when I had one issue after another: the tuktuk driver and the receptionists were amazing! The breakfast waitress also read my mind and just brought me an egg omelette right when I thought I wanted one as I prefer the Western breakfast :))))

The hotel manager spent few hours with us driving around the city to find my lost phone. This is not simply a good service, but an act of real kindness from the bottom of the heart to another person, and that is priceless! In general the whole hotel team (front desk team, restaurant team, housekeeping team) took good care of us during the whole stay. As well a member of the family that owns the hotel stayed there at the same time we did and he made sure with us that we are satisfied with everything. We never received such careful and attentive service in any place. The room was more specious than we expected (maybe we got upgraded and didn't know it) and very clean. Would definitely stay here if I come again to Mandalay!

International bank cards are not working

Hotel is in good location and everything is nearby the hotel. Facilities are good and properly maintained. They have smart big size TV in room which is generally not in other hotels of this range. Staff is very good and humble. They carried all luggage (carrying large number of small bags as travelling with kid) from Car to Room in third floor and same while checking out. Hotel has charged the bank conversion rate for payment with out any argument or negotiation. Complimentary breakfast was nice and well served.

Small but nice hotel in the heart of the city. The facilities are good for its price. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is very basic but it's OK.

Needs maintaining and deep cleaning. It's easy to see that the house keeping doesn't bother much. Thanks God the sheets and towels were clean.

Nothing . Dirty and not good service

Everything bad . Dirty hotel , dirty rooms . Staff very bad . The guy at reception found me s ticket to Bagan , I asked for help . He booked me a seat in s very damaged, dirty local bus , like local cargo full of furniture and sacks of food . Smelling and bad bad .
