I loved everything about this place—it was absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were all incredibly friendly, and the dinner buffet was a lovely 10/10. My family thoroughly enjoyed the meals. A truly memorable stay.

While the exterior of the property is stunning and beautifully designed, the rooms were a disappointment. They felt outdated and lacked the charm and aesthetic appeal of the rest of the place—it almost felt like stepping into a completely different location. Unfortunately, the rooms didn’t meet our expectations. We also experienced issues with the hot water, which only lasted long enough for one person to shower. That was quite frustrating.

Amazing property. So beautiful and modern with amazing pool area. Room was very nice. Staff were lovely and friendly. Lunch by the pool was nice and buffet food but it was delicious. Breakfast great variety. Location great right outside etosha.

We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and there was no mention of this even though it was in the booking notes. You would think for the price they’d at least put a note in the room but we didn’t have anything. We also couldn’t book in the massage at the spa we had planned as they were closing 4 hours early for some reason. Walked to the reptile park and it was derelict, with no staff or signs to say it was closed. Aircon in the room didn’t seem to work so we were pretty hot and uncomfy to sleep. Manager rectified this with crediting us with drinks and pool snacks. We expected a bit more for the price we paid.

The grounds were in excellent condition and the F&B restaurant very nice. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style, as was the buffet dinner - but I would have preferred an a la carte menu for dinner though. We didn’t have lunch so cannot comment . The pools and pool bar were excellent. All the staff were highly attentive …two in particular stood out: James at the pool bar (friendly, helpful and made excellent cocktails), and Christianna in the main restaurant with her constant beaming smile and ‘nothing too much trouble’ attitude. Having diesel on site was a huge bonus for self drivers like us. Internet good and having their own generator helped with the short power cut we had.

The rooms were a tad on the smallish side but not a drama though. Lots of naughty/cheeky squirrels 😝 trying to steal your food. Everything else was perfect.

Loved this place. At the end of a long road trip around Namibia, this was our finale where we needed to relax, and they delivered. The food is exceptional, the best we had in the country. Pool area very relaxing and beautiful. Tennis courts were a huge plus. Wifi works throughout the property, including the rooms, stayed connected with ease during the stay. Staff was amazing, especially Chantal - celebrated my birthday here and they made sure we felt taken care of. Just a ten minute ride to Namutoni Gate at Etosha Park as well.

Gym ended up smaller than expected with a few items out of order which was disappointing. Spa treatments are good but they're a little slow to get going so keep in mind when making a reservation time.

Great location as so close to park and great viewing on the 12k ride to the main payment point Family room very spacious as we stayed for 6 nights so wanted space Relaxing mornings by the pool and then game drives n the afternoon Very good selection of food both for breakfast and dinner with wines sensibly priced We have been coming here since the old Kempinsky days

Very little to be negative about other than some of the vegetables would be better served as against in effect steamed over the hot plate I.e roast potatoes!

The property was better than the pictures. May be the best looking hotel we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot of fancy places. Love the way the rooms are spaced out, love the general architecture, and the pool, amazing. Also the location to Etosha national park is more than perfect. We were literally at the gates

Wish there was more lighting in the rooms because as much as the ambiance is perfect, my wife found it hard doing make up/getting ready. Nothing major just a bit more optional light

We loved everything about Mokuti! The lodge is beautiful and spacious, the swimming pool is the best we had in Namibia, the rooms are cozy and well equipped. The food was excellent and the morning cappucino very tasty. We were very impressed with the staff. All of them were friendly, helpful and did their utmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We greatly appreciated the snake show with our guide Junias. The lodge is located right next to the eastern entrance to Etosha. Mokuti Lodge was what we were looking for.

Pool water could be a tiny bit warmer. But this is true of any pool in Namibia.

We loved the grounds, accomodation and friendly staff. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed the outside multi level bar. The tour of the snakes and crocodiles was also very interesting and the display much larger than expected.

We do not like buffet food as we prefer our food cooked fresh. Less waste, hotter food and better tasting. We also stayed at Emanya and the food there was freshly cooked a la carte. We would have given it a ten if they had an alternative to the buffet food. The staff couldn’t offer us a morning game drive as they were booked so we used another safari guide.

What a wonderful experience staying at Mokuti! It offers a different take on safari accommodation, with a more modern, contemporary African feel, but still authentic. The location is great for access to Etosha National Park. Food was top notch, and the F&B team were more than happy to accommodate GF guidance on meals. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were happy and that our requirements were met. We experienced both the standard room and the suite during our stay. Both were extremely comfortable, but the suite obviously provided more space. Facilities such as pool, gym, spa were excellent. Would highly recommend a stay at Mokuti.

No complaints, but suggestions would be for longer/further game drive opportunities into the NP, and that there is more of a "journey" during the spa experience, rather than just offering treatments.

Great location for easy access to Etosha, main building and pool area was fantastic. Quality of food at the buffet dinner was really good as was the wine. Service by the staff, from door staff, porters, reception, bar and restaurant staff, even the cleaners was fantastic.

Our room was on the small side, there was no signage for where the rooms where so whenever went back to room had to walk up and down the rows to find it. Could have done with more info on what was on offer like the spa, the bush walks etc.
