everything about the property, we were served by Liz Sam mostly during our stay and she was amazing. She would go the extra mile if we needed anything for our little one. Very attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome . Also had another gentleman who served us, unfortunately l didn't get this name 😞. He was exceptionally good as well.Also Dewin or Devin who took us on a drive, he was amazing, even the kids absolutely enjoyed it as he stopped and explained different animals etc. Very friendly and welcoming. He really made us feel so comfortable.

Some of the waitresses can try and be more friendly and engaging. Some will just walk past and not greet and that is disappointing as customer service is key in hospitality. Would like more fish or seafood options on the buffet menu as my husband struggled as he does not eat red meat due to health reasons.

Very beautiful Property with very friendly proactive staff. The road from Okahanja (not airport) is very scenic. We will definitely be coming back with family to explore the spa, and the Vintage cars! The rooms are big and the dining area is beautiful too!

The road signs to Midgard are not very good on the route we took. Without Google Maps we would have been lost. This is more of a government issue, but I think the property would do well with signs 🙏🏾

The location, the staff, the commodities, the food, the quality of the room It's all very good

Internet - speed is acceptable, but doesn't allow VPN's, therefore it's not a secure network, the company IT reported the network as insecure

This property is exceptional. The grounds are perfectly kept. The facilities are excellent. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful and professional. Couldn’t fault it in any way.

Everything about this place was great. From the staff, the environment and the food. The facilities were also great. It is also not far form Windhoek which makes it great for a weekend stay

The bowling alley was under renovation unfortunately. But other than that I have nothing bad to say

I cannot fault this property it was a perfect weekend stay for my daughter and I.

The food was ok could be better

Everything. We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful place with all the facilities. The rooms, spa, bar, restaurant everything was exceptional and we enjoyed our 1night stay a lot.

It was an amazing place. The staff was super accommodating and the rooms were new, clean and very nice. There was a pool area and food was great at the restaurant.
