Friendly staff, do extra by warming take aways and supplying crockery and cutlery. Provide directions and tend to those who are in distress. Never seen anyone without a friendly demeanor.

Cost of food at restaurant has skyrocketed since October 2021.

We had the king suite and the room was huge and very clean. The shower had good water pressure in the mornings and the staff were very friendly. Despite a very long wait for the food it was amazingly delicious. Breakfast was also a good spread. Only 23kms from Etosha’s King Nehale gate - it is very good value for money and an air conditioned respite during midday.

It’s slightly run down but as noted above, very clean.

A very good stopover for or base from where to explore the Etosha Pan Nature Reserve as it is close to the King Nehale Lya Mpingana Gate. Once again, staff was friendly and helpful. Pedi (hope my spelling is right) is a real star as was the barman. We asked for a room with two single beds even though we booked a double - two retired brothers traveling together - and we were upgraded as a room was available at no extra cost. It is things like this that makes for good customer service! The food was good and reasonable even though it took some time, but we were in no hurry and the barman went out of his way to get the TV working without us asking but just enquiring about the latest world news.

The pool needs a bit of tender loving care. Nothing serious but it is starting to peel and the deckchairs need a lick of varnish. There is not much to do in the town itself but you are in the wrong place if you want entertainment so close to one of the most beautiful national parks in the world and this hotel is a million times better than staying in the government run chalets in the park itself.

Lovely, attentive staff who were willing to go the extra mile for us. Great location (15 mins drive to Etosha King Nehale gate and 1h to Etosha Von Linquest (Namutomi) gate, which gives direct access to the South East of the park). Secure parking and nice pool.

Staff were really welcoming, breakfast was good with a variety of options. It was great to have safe carparking facilities as well as a cool pool to jump into after a full days driving inside Etosha.

A nice and cosy hotel. We all felt wellcomed. Great staff. Restaurant and bar service available even afterhours. An excellent value for money relationship. A place to be back on my next travel to Etosha.

Normal accommodation but the cooking is quite good. The staff is well prepared but more than in other accommodations.

The water in the swimming pool did not seem clear

Very friendly & hospitable staff - nothing was too onerous for them. Also, an exceptionally comfortable bed!

The property location was not easy to find

We had a nice time : friendly staff, nice swimming pool, comfortable room, fast wifi, very good breakfast. And the restaurant on site cooked a great dinner.
