Very homely. I stayed in the bungalow and there was plenty of space. I was directed to the accommodation from reception by a member of staff. I liked that there was a lot of reading material there including information on what local activities you can do, as well as the menu for their café/restaurant being present in the accommodation too. It came with plenty of plug sockets, soap dispenser in the bathroom (which a lot of places seem to lack?!), a hairdryer, comfortable beds and lots of different lighting. The swimming pool area looks beautiful. They have a lot of cactus and flora which made the café feel like a lovely relaxing place to be. I bought some firewood at reception and the staff delivered it to my bungalow for me to braai in the evening.

Some of the staff came across as slightly inpersonal / unattended. But, otherwise, an exceptional place to stay.

Family room - or cottage actually - was truly beautifully furnished and had wonderful view to Brandberg direction. We were not staying in area, only stopped in the way from Etosha to Swakopmund, but we could have stayed couple of nights. Kids gave a wow, when we opened the door.

It was electric shutdown in the night - of course not hotels fault. The burner for hot water caused small scent of smoke inside cottage - however not serious.

We spent a wonderful afternoon here. We stayed in a clean and well-equipped cottage, with privacy, in a large and very well-kept space. I liked the covering for car and table to stay in front of the house, the kitchen and the bathroom outside, the friendly cat that visited us. Also, the place around the small pool in the big cactus garden is inviting to relax in the sun or in the shade. Good dinner and breakfast at the restaurant.

Service at the restaurant could have been better. Finally got my coffee after I finished my breakfast. Beware of mosquito (we were warned and there was mosquito spray but no mosquito net on the beds unfortunately so we got bitten a lot during the night)

Really appealing tented bungalow, traditional masonry walls with canvass roof and windows. Bathroom is private but outdoor and open roofed. The room was really comfortable, clean and tidy. There is an excellent restaurant on site for dinner & drinks and where breakfast is served. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Great collection of cacti around the site.

Our room was nice and we had a covered parking for our car. The place is lovely, set in a garden full of beautiful succulent plants. Restaurants is good, we had both dinner and breakfast there. Staff is very kind. Location is very good.

The toilet is outside the room, that is a bit uncomfortable during the night, but for short stay is OK.

The food at their restaurant, Cactus and Coffee, was very good! The gardens with cactus were lovely. The pool and relaxing areas were great. The unit was comfy and we liked the large windows with desert breezes. The outdoor shower was nice, but hot water only 1/2 the time.

No view of the Brandberg from our unit and marginal internet at the restaurant only. Owner was not responsive to booking messages, which created a little stress.

Nice venue with beautiful cactus garden. Glamping formula is perfect.

The steward at the reception could be nicer. She just gave me the impression I was just a tourist wallet… That’s a pitty since the venue is really great. Otherwise, the girl serving at the bar & restaurant was kind and smiling.

The deluxe bungalow was very large and provided a lounge area and sizeable shower room. The environment of the site was well maintained

Wifi only available at the cafe not in the bungalow. Whilst not an issue for us as it wasn’t too hot but the bungalow only has fans not A/C

Nice place to stay for a night or two if wanting to visit the Brandberg mountains/ White Lady paintings. I stayed at the chalet overlooking the campsite which was very comfortable, nice and big. There is a small swimming pool that can be used both by b&b guests as well as campers. It is about 45 min drive to the entry for hike to the White Lady where guides wait on site to accompany guests.

The choice at the on site restaurant is rather limited. We went for lunch to the Brandberg White Lady lodge on our way from the White Lady hike which is recommendable.
