I had a sleepover here during a 4 day bike trip, just needed a stop in the area, and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, and home made food in the restaurant, which made it the best meal I had during this trip. They allowed me (and another group I arrived together with) to store my bike inside the building for the night as well.

Nothing, really. The location of course is not the most scenic of the Netherlands, but a good stopover, or a place to stay and then go find those scenic places.

The breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly. We stayed here to take the 7:30 AM ferry to Borkum, breakfast was ready before 6:00 AM.

The building felt a bit prefab/plastic. There was not much authentic "gezelligheid", it was functional

The breakfast was good, all fresh bread and toppings. The dining room where you can find the breakfast is open all day so you can get tea or something to drink whenever you need. For some things you will need staff and luckily they’re very kind people. I made a mistake with my booking but the manager was very nice to come up with a solution for me. The hotel is very close to Eemshaven and only 8 mins from the GDC. The room was nice and warm, but not too warm, smelled nice and looked very neat. I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to Eemshaven

Nice secluded location, away from the city yet only a 30 minute drive from Groningen. Felt more like a hostel / group home than a hotel, but in a good way. Friendly staff and the breakfast was more diverse than I expected.

Would have liked a beans coffee machine, but maybe I'm just spoiled because I have at home and like a good coffee. Bathroom is a little bit dated, but everything is functional so...

Perfect location as I was working locally. Nice Family run business with good home cooked food. Enjoyed my stay will definitely stay again.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist Evening meal was very good and the soup was fantastic

It is a nice small hotel (excellent communication with a host), with comfortable and clean rooms. It is very close to the port, and it is an excellent location if you must go to Eemshave port.

Great location. Quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the home cooked dinner was amazing! Prices were amazing and great wine selection!
