We were welcomed by a very friendly host that even let us check in more than an hour late. The house itself is full of curiosities and soul. The decor is spectacular and not for the minimalists. I loved it. It was clean and had a homely feel. The room was vey spacious and even had a kitchenette. The bathroom has a bathtub/spa and was very clean and comfortable. You get good value for your money.

Only thing that could be better was the bed is a bit on the small side- but I would definitely stay again.

Being the first time for me trying out a Air BnB(only been at around 3-4 star hotels in Spain/Thailand) it was well over my expectations, really professionally made with accommodations and rest room and dining area, a very overall cozy and homy vibe without feeling like you live at someone's home. The place was clean, the rules and requirements was simple and the hostess was very keen on if there was anything we where wondering about and such, all in all very caring. In our room there was space enough for us and also a small sink and coffee and tea and a small drink bar on the outside with resonable prices and microwave possibility with the nice little dine area.

Coming from Sweden i would say we are used to have rooms and door's slightly more isolated from sounds and such (in general) and although we didn't find any issues with it it could be a possible upgrade incase you have lively kids/ loud sleepers in the future. but once more, we didn't have any problem with it at our visit! id also point out that the beds we "well enough" for a Air BnB (without talking from experience here) but perhaps in the future spend a little extra on the bed bottom at the next upgrade, but that is a personal opinion in this case and they did the job well done :)

I will say "Wow", the hotel made such a special impression, the incredible atmosphere created by the hostess of the hotel, it's a movie come to life !!! It feels like you are inside a movie, you can stay inside the hotel endlessly and each time you are surprised to find new interior items, these are such cute details that make you feel so warm and cozy. starting from a chic collected library with many books , but in the company of cozy blankets, near the fireplace, you can enjoy this atmosphere to the fullest, collections of antiques, where every thing carries such a beautiful aura, plunge into the past, cute letters, lampshades, zones relaxation, surrounded by paintings, statues, toys from childhood, endless collections, and soft sofas, a huge living room for royalty. for the first time I meet such an unusual special charm in a hotel, you find yourself in another world, or in another reality, where you can stay and find new cute attributes of this unique hotel every day. This hotel is a pleasant surprise and relaxation. a large room, a bed for a real princess, where you get complete comfort, warmth, coziness, harmony in every nice interior detail in every room, excellent breakfasts, silence, cleanliness everywhere, comfort in everything and complete relaxation. I know for sure that I want to return to this hotel again and again. Thank you to the lovely hostess of the hotel that she could create such an unforgettable , special home to relax and enjoy the wonderful time in this house . You have created a wonderful unique place. Definitely - 10 stars !!! These all stars rightfully belong to you !!!

We were 10 people, including 3 kids. We had the self-catering unit and 3 rooms with shared bathroom upstairs. The place is spacious, very interesting/arty, well-decorated interior. The kids had ample space and toys to play! Very friendly and caring owner.

Good accommodation for a family of 5, we had 2 rooms booked. Children had a lot to play with and we could eat dinner and breakfast comfortably.

The hostess was really nice and really helpful,, right from the doors opened we felt welcome. We recommend this to everyone that wants to visit this little town in holland

Great reception by the host. Amazing interior. They have their own little library/museum going on in the common room for the guests. The breakfast was definitely worth its price as well. Oh and don't let the toilet bat get you! ;) (you will know what I mean when you book here)

The hosts were wonderful and looked after us brilliantly. Place has so much character. Lovely breakfast, lovely people.
