On arrival i had some issues with payment but it was sorted out quickly..the hotel manager Mr Musa was very nice and cordial, he made our stay very comfortable. And the staff were very so helpful and attentive. If ure travelling the kids, this is the place to go. My kids especially loved the pool and the breakfast buffet..the buffet was so interesting, it had so much variety. We r definitely coming back. Its also close to the Olumo rock.incase you desire more adventure in Ogun state

Resort had so many facilities, although old they were all functional...swimming pool also very good, Room was simple but clean enough.Staff were very helpful as much as they could.The game arcade was also a favourite. Room service was also good enough cash and card options available.Air conditioning was also very useful.

Couldn't sleep before 12midnight because the music from the terrasse was too loud. But Room service was still available until then so i could unwind.

I requested my complimentary breakfast be served in the room while offering to pay for another. I ended up paying for both! Meaning my complimentary breakfast was paid for along with another one ordered for my wife.. all because I desired to eat in my room. This is really bad.. service charges should have been appropriate.

I was a returning client it didn't took long for hotel staff to realise. They were very hospitable and nice. I was warmly welcomed with some complimentary goodies later in my suite, that it was for Radisson loyal members.

Some parts of the hotel is ageing and need urgent Investment to revamp. Their buffet too would need some upgrade and more variety in the menu.

The ambience, the room and the staff were great, the room was clean and always taken care of. The staff were polite and gracious to us, attending to all our needs and even going the extra mile with stuff like towels and reminding us of breakfast times.

The location is not all that great. Not a lot of variety in terms of the food menu.

I like the intervention of the IT Team. The IT Supervisor provided an alternative when it was discovered that the quality of the wifi was very low. His Team members in all the Shift kept on virtual check up and ensured i had a good stay. The Reservation Team and the Client Support Team were good - constant virtual check up.

Not happy with the quality of meal I had for my late Lunch and also for the Dinner, both on Friday 8th October 2021. I believe this can be improved by ensuring the Hotel follow up on complaints. Not sure verbal complaints to operatives / servers get to Management for review.

The environment is good, the utility was okay throughout, the interior was fantastic, pool side is good and the foods are well prepared
