I loved the hotel. Great value for money, for sure. I loved the decor of the hotel. Very convenient fact is the barber shop in the hotel. Clean and presentable. Gentle and nice staff. After a very long trip from the east to Abuja by car, the comfortable bed was like an elixir to my tired body. Breakfast was a plus! I enjoyed the Spanish omelette. They went the extra mile to accommodate my husband's request concerning adding yam to his breakfast.

There is always room for improvement. I had a situation as only one towel was in the room, and we were two, my husband and myself. Regarding this, I was told that the Administration had assigned one towel per room, regardless of the number of persons occupying the room. I protested against this, and an additional towel was provided almost immediately.

The room was so clean The staff, friendly The food was delicious and neatly plated I'm big on cleanliness so I was really impressed with how clean the room.and environment was in general It was aesthetically pleasing as well

Quite frankly I can't really think of anything. Yes the lady who checked me in was a bit cranky but then again it was quite late, so it was understandable. I saw her 2 days later while checking out in the morning and she was super cheerful. Oh yeah, the channels were very limited and not so clear.

I liked the ambience, it was neat and tidy. The location was great as well.

I didn't like the fact that their restaurant closed at 10:00pm and their menu is very limited. Room service wasn't great, meal orders were mixed.

The hotel is peaceful and neat. The staff are very courteous. It is one of the best place for a family trip in Abuja. My family and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. We have made it our go to place.

The location was good, serene, environment and good staff, and the breakfast was great.

Faulty air extractor in my toilet

The staff get a full 5 stars from me. very friendly, courteous, helpful and polite. The bathrooms are a very good size, well built and clean. if bathrooms are your number 1 decider to choose a hotel like me, then you have come to the right place. Great overall ambience. Superb.

It would be nice to have at least a center table in the suite set up. felt very empty in the living room. Also, the mosquitoes in the "sailors" lounge of the bar area must be coming straight from hell. They are vicious. Please drain the water below that platform or treat it against mosquitoes.

Its proximity with everywhere.

The hotel does not have suite with a living room and bedroom, they marge 2 rooms together but don’t provide sofa’s that will make the living rooms looks like it’s a norma living room.

I had a bit of a problem getting the wifi to get connected and to re-establish connection again after it was wrongly disconnected before my departure
