Adis Hotel, situated in an excellent location with top-notch security, boasts a friendly staff. I highly endorse this hotel, particularly the Adis Hotel Prime, to anyone. My stay was so enjoyable that I opted to extend it, eventually transitioning to the Adis Hotel Prime. The owner is also incredibly pleasant. Adis Hotel Prime truly feels like a home away from home, and I'll certainly be booking here again, especially the Prime Hotel.

I eventually stayed at Adis Prime and I loved the experience. The room was very nice and spacious with good facilities in the room. Also, the food was so delicious and well prepared, however, you MUST place your order well in advance as it takes them time to deliver. The owner literally warned us saying “Don’t get hungry before you order your food”. Three major things I loved about this hotel is that the Owner is a very kind man, the staff are very respectful, and they give you all the information you need to help you make informed decisions about your stay. I wish the internet was faster though, but yeah, it happens.

I didn’t like the confusion caused by the (I think) old Adis and the (newer) Adis Prime. I took a taxi to Adis Prime and was redirected, so I had to walk over and then back again because it was not a nice place and they turn off the light for several hours daily. But the Owner/Manager was very nice to get us an upgraded room at the Adis Prime. This, sort of, compensated for the stress.

The location is excellent. A very quiet neighborhood. Building is very much superb. Breakfast was good and did enjoyed it.

The fact that the air conditioner was not cool enough.

Adis Hotels is a home away from home, and it is located in a very serene and easily accessible environment of Ibadan. If you are truly looking for a place with peace of mind and uncompromising comfort, I will gladly recommend this hotel to you.

Nothing really just the bed was soft. Thats personal though.

Very neat and tidy, good domestic ambience. Good access to anywhere. Lots of drivers know the place. Easy to navigate Ibadan city too. Their staff are good too.. attentive.

While they're very clean, I wasn't impressed with their sheets. Stains on the under lays and duvets. Later discovered the sheets are fresh but the stains are stubborn ones and seem to be on every old sheets.

I like the deliberate attention to details. We took a basic/standard room and it felt really comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Not so far from the train station, It's got the University of Ibadan close by, fast food/restaurants like Kilimanjaro and Chicken Republic close by, it's also got a good supermarket and pharmacies, all (pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets) within a 1km radius. Asides all these, the food and employees at Adis hotel were amazing.

Hmmm... I am a bit finicky, so do accept my views as possibly "extreme". I think there needs to be (a very) few touch up here and there. Old water leakage marks noticed on some part of our room. The window blinds and the wall fan also need to be cleaned... But again, this is just my finicky mind snooping around. I also noticed the very few satellite TV channel options. I think this is something that should be checked. Maybe if the rates were a bit lower, I wouldn't mind these seeming errors.

I like the very big rooms, I like the location and the serenity.

The staff could be a bit more cheerful, paying N500 to microwave food is a service that could be complimentary.
