There has been light/electricity supply 24 hours, changing between grid and generator. All lighting points, sockets, switches and ACs were working. No disturbing noises or vehicular disturbance.

No sufficient notice/sign posts from different angles to lead to the property. No prompt response to phone calls. No trees sheds or car ports to park under/in due to heavy sunshine.

The key software was down, any time we wanted to enter the rooms we must go to the reception.

Staff responded promptly with repairs.

I had difficulties with multiple facilities in the hotel block I was given initially for 3 days - intermittent hot water, non-draining shower, non-cooling air condition and a leaking shower basin. As a result I was moved multiple times in the same block in those 3 days. Eventually I got moved to a newer block which had far better facilities, far the last night stay at the property.
