From picking me up from the airport to having my room ready 7 hours before the check-in time the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Everyone I met was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable to make sure the purpose of my visit was met. The breakfast was made fresh when I ordered it, was delicious and so hearty I didn't eat again that day even though I spent the whole day exploring the island.

There is nothing the staff could have done to make this visit better, unless if they had control of the weather :-) !!

We arrived one in the morning and let us check in early, this was wonderful. We rested and enjoyed the day a lot so I give it a 10 to, and if we were able to enjoy the hotel.🙏😍☺️. It has a great location, close to the micro beach, close to super and has a beautiful view of the Imperial castle. It is very clean, has amenities and gives water every day. The breakfast has 4 choices is very tasty and the lady who serves the coffee is a sweetheart, very dedicated. Always smiling, I loved all the staff. Tatiana a Filipina is very smiling and very friendly. So do the boys at the hotel! Thank you all very much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Most of the rooms have a painted over non opening window, so abit claustrophobic and dark but the staff lady gave us a room at the front, 301, which had 2 proper windows wirh good light. The hotel stated free airport return shuttle, but we were charged $20 for AP return. Earlier hotel reviews stated free shuttle but not so now. Location very central. Staff friendly.

The refrigerator in our room 202 didn't work properly and it's very little. We use their refrigerator at the lobby. No lift ! Stairs !

This property is well located if you want to be in Garapan or nearby Crowne plaza / Hyatt. It is also well located for tourism around the island. The property is well furbished and very clean. The rooms have good space, clean, AC os very good, wifi is fast and toilet is functional and clean.

That the window gives to the next building which is very close. No elevator can be an issue for some guests. Breakfast is expensive.

It was very close to the center of Garapan, the main tourist area of Saipan, and very conveniently located near the ocean. We were very satisfied with the free round-trip airport transfer and early check-in! Another good point is that the breakfast was delicious, as mentioned in other reviews. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures on booking.com, so I think it is a very cost-effective hotel.

The only thing to note is that there is no elevator, so you will have to carry heavy luggage up with you.

The hotel is placed right in the centre of Garapan, about a 5 minute walk from the American Memorial Park. Aside from excellent location, the staff were pleasant and arranged a free pick-up from the airport and also drop-off the next day for me which was fantastic. They also organized a driver to take me to the sights around the island at a reasonable price. The hotel is no frills, but comfortable, safe and clean.

The hotel staff, from the managers, front desk to house keeping- all of them made my stay comfortable and pleasant. Each of them went out of their way to make me feel at ease and safe. Thank you, Hotel Americano.

Not much really. The tv in my room ‘tho had a problem so I was not able to use. But since I had work to do, and Wi-Fi is very good, I did not miss watching tv at all.

Great location, shops and restaurants are walking distance. Clean and neat rooms with friendly helpful staff giving warm welcoming atmosphere.

only one tiny cons is there’s no lift in this property. Even though only floor up, carrying bit heavy suitcases could be tiresome. it’s just manageable for me, but some might find hard.

I like this Hotel. The staff was attentive and friendly. I injured my ankle recently and they found a room on the ground floor for me. It was a great value for the price. I'll stay there on future visits for sure.

The parking area is fairly small and isn't well paved. Beds could have been softer.
