The breakfast was amazing! It was well run and had so much variety. I’ve had my share of breakfast buffets throughout Europe and this breakfast was a standout. We booked a family room ( 4 person) and it was a great value and comfortable ( except for no air conditioning-silly Americans, we expect that in a 4 star hotel ) Great location. Found parking close by.

We found it odd that there were no phones in the room. And like many hotels these days you have to ask for cleaning services, (towels etc) So we had to leave the room to ask for fresh towels

Food was outstanding for lunch, staff really helpful. Warm, comfortable quiet!

Didn't realise door only locked itself sometimes on exit. When I realised this I had to lock on exit each time. Thanks to your honest culture it wasn't a problem. Reported it on departure so I'm sure issue is sorted by now.

Breakfast was super with so much choice. Location was very central and had a good view over the water.

It took a while to actually find how to get into the hotel, poor lack of signage to entrance. No where to drop off or pick up. There is parking close although not owned by the hotel.

Some times hard to find close parking but at the shopping mall many parking ( around three minutes walk )

Reception was a little weird. When the lady saw we were motorcyclists she demanded our credit card first without any real greeting or welcome. “For security!” As if we were going to wreck the hotel or something. We are in our mid-sixties and retired professionals-though that should not matter. She later upgraded us to a room with a view.

The best breakfast you can get at the hotel. It exceeded all the expectations. We were disappointed with a room, but breakfast saved the day and we gonna absolute coming back! Staff very nice and helpful, especially Dardane :))

A big hotel in central Haugesund. Plenty of facilities: fitness room, lots of conference rooms and four restaurants for varying tastes. We had dinner on the Naustet restaurant, excellent food and very nice interior. Exceptionally good breakfast selection including made to order omelettes etc.

The hotel is feeling a bit dated, it seems not much has happened in terms of updates in the last 20 years.

Clean, tidy, pleasant staff. Great location and price is reasonable.

Breakfast at 0630 is not good and a major negative. If it started at 0600 or 0615 I'd stay here much more often.

In room the temperature was too high. Window with the view of the other side of the building and car park. Small and not very comfortable beds (booked for 4 adults)
