Location, atmosphere, friendly staff, view from the balcony, good restaurant and great breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night and enjoyed the smoked salmon and halibut. Waiter was lovely. Had local strawberries and vanilla ice cream as pudding. Yum! We very much enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching activities in the small marina and see the larger ferries passing by (they were very quiet - effortlessly gliding over the water)

Again only 1 option available for vegetarian for starter and main. But great service and when we commented the sauce of the halibut was rather salty we were offered our puddings for free.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our overnight stay in Molde. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a balcony and views over the fjord. The hotel is ideally located on the waterfront in the center of Molde. The lady at the reception was very helpful and gave us some suggestions for sightseeing in the area. Highly recommended hotel!

We were upgraded to a junior suite. This had two balconies, a separate bedroom and terrific views over the fjord. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was top class with great food and good service. We would definitely stay here again.

The downstairs bar was seldom manned and on a number of occassions, reception staff couldn't find/persuade anyone to tend it. This was peak season too.

It is still the perfect accommodation for our road trip held for the third summer in a row. The size of the room, the cleanliness, the level of comfort, the heating, the view and even the balcony, the look of the entire hotel, the location, the terrace with so many flowers, the friendly staff, the good breakfast - these elevate the place to a sublime level. And thank you for the type of room you got for us!

Warm welcome, professional service, high standard bed and bed linen, tasteful decor in room, spacious bathroom and lovely hot shower. Food was very nice with great recommendations for wine pairing. Excellent service in both reception and the restaurant. Lovely harbour view from room 115.

There were noises of chairs being moved around, I assume in the room above. My room was 115.

Excellent location, super helpful, and kind staff. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated, spaceous and extremely comfortable. The view was gorgeous and the room had very comfortable chairs by the window which made enjoying the view even more pleasant. The bed was just perfect, very comfortable, and the perfect warmth.

Breakfast was a bit limited, lacking more variety and quality of fruits.

Location ideal as our room and balcony looked over the fjord and coffee in bed came with a fantastic view. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The thing I appreciated the most were the helpful and friendly staff both while we were there and after we left. They contacted us speedily with information about an item of clothing we left behind in our room and arranged onwards postage with efficiency and charm.

A bit hot. No AC and the sun was out the whole day shining on the room window. The curtains were bad and didn’t make the room dark, making sleep uncomfortable, with the sun shining almost the entire day.

We were thrilled to be upgraded to a beautiful suite with fantastic views of the fjord! Location was spot on with quick access to the ferries and the Atlantic Road! Good breakfast spread! Staff was friendly and attentive! Gr8 place to stay while in Molde!

Would appreciate extra hooks in the bathroom!

Restaurant staff was excellent. Although the restaurant was full but they accommodate us at the bar. Beds were comfortable and room was big and cosy.

our room was above the entrance and we would hear people talking loudly when we had the window open as it was a hot day. When we ask young lady at the reception to change our room, her answer was so rude what you pay what you get.
