Breakfast was satisfying and had some variety. I missed having some nice fruit, although I must say that the Housekeeping staff placed a small plate of fruit in the room every day. Some mornings thzere was a big rush, so I chose to have breakfast in my room at no extra cost.

As a European, we love our coffee. Although the restaurant had a coffee machine, the coffee [Americano or Cappuccino] was aways with some sweetness. The waiters always agreed to make sure the coffee was sugar-free, but it did not happen..If you insisted on sugar-free, they simply used instant coffee.

This is the first time I am giving my feedback online about any hotel. I travel a lot inside and outside Pakistan thus I frequently get chances to meet hospitality industry staff, I have written this detail to clear the readers that this is not the only place I stay at and Avari Express Faisalabad's staff is not the only team that caters me. I have found Avari Express's (Faisalabad) staff the best. Afeeq Gill and Kainat always welcomes me with smiling faces. I love their manners and agility in terms of check in and check out. Jalal, bell boy, takes the baton further from reception and does his best to make me feel that I really am a valuable client for him. Him asking me about my trip to Faisalabad always makes me feel good. I am unaware of the names of other room service staff who play thier roles to make my stay really amazing. I would love to take this opportunity to appreciate the trainers who have trained them so well.

Only thing that I don't like about this property is thier in-house food. The management needs to work on it.

I like the Hotel location near market and good restaurants the staff are friendly and helpful its cozy hotel i would like to thank the reception department the girl and the team was there doing job in a professional way.

One of the best accommodation options at Faisalabad.. I have been visiting this hotel since 2021 and no decline in quality has been observed till date. Happy to be served by Mr. Shaveez Duty Manager Food quality and room services are exceptional.

Staff behaviour was exceptional.i asked for spacious rooms as standard rooms were too small. they provided me with a comparatively bigger room in the same category which leads to a better customer experience.

When booked from you guys they did not offer fruit baskets which generally they do. Moreover i asked them to warm a burger which i carried in my room and they refused to do so by saying they are not allowed to do so. I was not using their restaurant for this purpose I was in the room and simply asked for room service for which they straight away refused.

It is always very pleasant to stay at Avari. People here are very courteous and extend warm hospitality always.Front Desk Staff and Duty Manager is highly professional , cooperative and friendly specially Mr. Abdul Saboor , Ms. Kainat , Mr. Afeeq Gill. I loved my stay here. Breakfast buffet delicious with a variety of food options. The restaurant staff was very kind and hospitable. Rooms are comfortable, peaceful and clean. Overall always a great experience. Highly recommended.

Overall stay was good and comfortable everything was good enough for all of us. Staff was cooperative and professional.this hotel is in a very good location at all. Like malls and other facilities are on door step here staff was very professional.

The stay at the hotel was delightful, with exceptional service and a welcoming ambiance. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort.

I I’d like to suggest that they provide a hair dryer in the room, as it’s currently not available.

Everything was perfect 👍 including room and breakfast. This is the best option within budget.

The front desk officer was didn't welcome us nicely. Kept us waiting. The card was not working on their hbl card money deduction devices. We have to ask for washroom shoes+wardrobe. The tv lounge lights was not turning off.

The breakfast was amazing and they had a create buffet. It has prime location with all the restaurants near by.

The pillows were so much fluffy that i had to put three of them to make a one pillow. There was no view outside the window.
