I’ve stayed at Faisalabad Serena Hotel multiple times and it has consistently delivered excellent service. The overall hospitality, ambiance, cleanliness, and especially the breakfast buffet are truly outstanding — well above local standards. The only area that needs slight improvement is the in-room dining (room service). While it’s functional, the quality, presentation, or speed could be enhanced to match the otherwise premium experience of the hotel. That said, Faisalabad Serena remains my first choice for accommodation in the city.

Beautiful gardens and excellent room

Waitresses and waiters were disinterested in helping the customer in all restaurants I had to request fresh milk at breakfast and the second day I was told that this was not available luckily my husband spoke Urdu and advised the surly waiter that this had been provided the day before For a 4 star hotel carton milk is a very low quality and fresh milk should always be available for the discerning customer The room was set up for 1 person and had to request extra towels etc as the room was booked for 2 people

this is my 5th visit to this hotel, every time i experienced worst, lazy, arrogant, unprofessional reception/check in staff. i had to wait half and hour just to be checked in. i had to asked them and remind them that we are waiting, i can understand that they could be busy and this could be a normal case, but the thing is they were discussing their personal things, also they were aware that I am making an eye contact with them to remind them, but they ignored and when I went to the counter they just said we are checking your room status. come on! i requested early check in, and you already confirmed. i just cant stop visiting because of duffer staff, otherwise nice place and facilities.

Everything was great except for one thing — I expected the room, especially the Executive Double Room, to be more spacious. I assumed it would be the size of a typical upscale room, but it turned out to be smaller than expected. That said, the overall service was truly commendable. The hotel also features a beautiful touch of local traditional architecture, which added a unique and delightful charm to the experience.

very nice and comfortable stay the gardens are beautiful all staff very friendly and welcoming very smart uni forms and most of all the best cup of tea. Thank you for the lovely hospitality x

The hotel was nice, the staff were nice and very welcoming and gave good advice when required. The room was big and comfortable and extra was with the room such as bath robes, slippers etc.

The pillows were big and of firm size but did manage to see that you can change the pillow.

Serena hotel is simply amazing. The territory, the stuff, the facilities - everything was really good. I enjoyed my stay. I loved their garden, it’s so green and well organised.

Excellent breakfast, staff were all very helpful. Laundry service was amazing, clothes were washed & ironed and returned within 3 hours.

Room had a slight damp odour when we checked in.

exceptional architecture, beautiful oud smell all over the hotel I must make reference to ather at front desk, exceptional service level and very articulate young man, nothing was a problem for him and very attentive. Please share this feedback as Ather has a promising career ahead of him
