Excellent facility. Value for money. All staff was super helpful. Ahsan Ejaz went beyond his duties to rectify any issue, excellent communicator. Very tranquil and peaceful. Very, pleased with the hotel .

Bathroom could be upgraded

Breakfast and Food overall was very tasty & rooms were very neat and clean Zunair in the housekeeping staff was very obedient, Locationis prime and reception staff was very courteous, though it's an old property but maintenance is pretty good. I also wanna mention that they had very nice banquet halls for events.

Nothing to dislike. All is good specially front office staff is always pleasant to meet.

The reception staff was very courteous, and looked after our requirements. Despite a shirt stay, my family was extremely satisfied with the convenience at Hotel One. The location of hotel is prime plus for visitors.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Everything about the hotel one faisalabad was exceptional. It was clean, well maintained, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I specially like to mention the courtesy of Ahsan reception manager & Shahbaz senior for housekeeping who escorted us in the beginning & took well care of us.

Hotel location was very good,near by all the food shops are available by 10 min walk or you can order food by foodpanada , hotel was clean and breakfast was decent with limited options with 3-4 main course and with live egg station

As compares to price every thing was good

The tea and coffee they serve was great. I asked The guy in the Reception for a sound system and place where we could practice a dance for 2 hours and inspite of asking him 3 days in a row, nothing happened and on the last day in the middle of the night after waiting for 3 hours we got the space and the speaker so the guys at the reception seemed to be slow and forget stuff. But the girls (Aisha and Emaan) who did the day shift were exceptionally professional. The girls went above and beyond to help us and make our stay comfortable. They helped us and guided us with local attractions, give us very detailed information of hotel restaurant and recommendations for what to order since there where 20+ people in our group. They even helped us with airport transport and ordered cabs for very reasonable prices. The ladies there should be managing this place and the guys should learn a thing or two from the ladies about hospitality and customer service.

The guys at the reception promised to arrange a space and speaker for us to practice for the wedding we had coming up and regardless of how we stressed the need for the space and the speaker, they did nothing and kept promising and postponing. The air-conditioning in the room could have better settings with low fan. The gym is in appalling condition and it is in dire need of renovation. It is not only horrible but also dangerous and the equipment needs to be updated

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service with very courteous staff. Got the real value of money as my whole family was very comfortable.
