I liked that it was based on a site which held a great heritage of the city of swat. I loved the fact that the Serena had maintained the original conditions of the heritage rooms. I loved the landscaping. I also liked that every tree was named and marked with its age giving it its own identity. I loved the swimming facility it was good to have a heated pool. It was peaceful with nice views. It had a children’s play area. It was safe secure. All the things you look for when you go as a family.

The room didn’t have a smart tv. The gym was extremely outdated. There was no mini bar in the room.

The Serena Hotel Swat is an exceptional retreat that truly embodies tranquility. The staff are outstanding, offering warm hospitality that makes you feel right at home. The food is equally fantastic, with a delightful variety that caters to all tastes. Set in a beautiful location, the serene atmosphere allows for complete relaxation.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It was lovely experience to come and stay at same hotel after 34 years where we stayed for our honeymoon in Jan 1991. Over the years hotel has extended and kept its high standards. Was sad to know that our Serena tourism driver at that time passed away. He was a lovely person. May Allah bless him with highest abode in Paradise.

Absolutely amazing place, great atmosphere and beautiful views. Stayed in Heritage Suite and absolutely loved it. Penhaligon's toiletries were great. Thank you for making our stay beautiful. Wish we had more time……

No complaints!

The staff is exceptional. They made us feel comfortable and were very hospitable. We wanted to check in a day early and Hira at reception helped us do that. Breakfast was really nice and had many options. Imtiaz from the breakfast restaurant made sure everything was spot on in the breakfast.

There wasn't a kettle in the room but was provided when requested immediately.

The ambiance, the cleanliness, service, staff... everything was superb!! Exceeded my expectations I would say. My room was upgraded to a heritage suite, which was a great add on. The room was really clean and comfortable. I received courtesy call from reception checking if everything was ok..the room service staff was very nice...there's absolutely no room for improvement here. I would love to visit again and I strongly recommend people to come and stay at Swat Serena. A thumbs up for sure!!!

I think the quality of food can be improved. And I would appreciate some discounts or offers for returning guests (:

Everything very helpful staff from the time of booking to checking in - they upgraded me to the best heritage suit - restaurant staff, house keeping staff security , Manager to be honest everyone and everything … The vip room might need a fourth heater:) must stay if you are visiting Mingora or Saidu Sharif
