This hotel has the best staff. There are very helpful and kind, I forgot to printed out my ship pass and the lovely Ms Shenell Bates at the reception printed out for me no questions asked, all with the most beautiful and welcoming smile. Thank you Shenell. She was also very knowledgeable of her surroundings which saved me a taxi fare, as I was able to walk and see a bit of Colon.

This hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There was a variety of food, but limited option for vegetarian or vegan options It’s the ideal spot for guest who are intending to join the cruise in Colon, Literally five minutes walk and the good thing is, you have a free bag transfer from the hotel to your ship. The location seems to have a few development happening. I believe in couple of weeks more , the will be new shop opening near the cruise dock. Everybody is friendly and helpful as I was travelling alone and I felt safe.

Pros- Staff was amazing! Everyone we encountered was very nice and personable. The breakfast buffet was delicious! And we received two welcome drinks from the bar upon arrival. There are stores nearby and a casino next door. Cons- The hotel is a bit dated. The room was pretty basic, no frills, no thrills and the bed and pillows were a bit too firm for my taste.(personal preference) All in all, it was a decent enough stay for the price.

Excellent breakfast, perfect location for business trip, facilities clean, easy access to transport. Housekeeping was good, pool and gym facilities were in good condition. Also, convenient "secret" access to mall, grocery and pharmacy. (secret because I learned of it late)

Although the room was clean, there was a musty musty smell to it.

This is a great location in Colon. It’s right next to the Colon 2000 Mall which has very good restaurants. The pool is nice and they have plenty of parking.

The rooms were a bit tired, the mattress was fine, but had a divot. The City of Colon is poor, and gritty. If you need to be in Colon, this is a great option.

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! They provided us with everything that we could've wanted! Sandra Gugu was a gem and knew everything that we wanted before we could ask! She's a definite asset. Christian checked us in and was always available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. That also goes for everyone in reception! Never has an issue with anything or anyone.

I would probably say the view from my room could've been better, but I'm still grateful for the time spent. I also appreciate having a receiver for the TV, so today my son could find movies and shows in English.

The hotel was quiet until the evening when they begin having the ban practice. Breakfast and staff were excellent. I will come again.

It would have been better if there was a microwave in the room,we appreciated having the fridge in the room.

The breakfast was okay 👌 the staff was very nice and the location was great because the Zone was only 3 mins away from the hotel.

A little more American breakfast item to chose from and the hotel had an odor smell like mold maybe the ac vents needed cleaning also on floor #6. After 3 days they did put the humidifier out on the floor. But my over all stay was good. I will be back. Thanks.

excellent location to the cruise ship dock, staff friendly

the hotel restaurant was expensive but the food was delicious, would have liked to have been told that buffet wasn’t the only thing available, we would have preferred to order off the menu, didn’t realize that was an option.

The breakfast was amazing, we also had room service the night we arrived and it exceeded our expectations both in quality and quantity.

We were suppose to be picked up at the airport, driver nevered showed, we eventually had to take a taxi to the terminal

Christian treated us like VIP's. After we told him it was our anniversary trip, the hotel surprised us with a special cake the next day. Room air conditioning was perfect, great room WITH a tub. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Even had a fresh fruit smoothie bar!

We couldn't stay longer.
