The hotel is right on Ruta 1 adjacent to the Santiago Mall. The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is very good. The entire staff is very friendly and personable. There is a large outdoor pool with a children's area. Our room had a balcony with a view of the pool.

Beautifully decorated hotel to have you feeling like you are in Greece from the grand reception to the beautiful pool. And the temperature outside! Ps I love Greece! The room was beautiful, modern and immaculately clean. The staff were waiting to help me and very friendly. The restaurant meals are delicious and the buffet breakfast was a good choice. Very quiet.

Rooms are excellent, the beds are some of the most comfortable of any hotel I have stayed at. Nice architecture and design, lobby. Room aircon is very good. Reasonable price, staff are nice and friendly

There are no areas for smokers. Some areas are uncovered from the regular heavy rain. The restaurant was a little disappointing, food was not hot

The restaurant could have more attention paid to the cleaning of the tables after guests finished their meals. There were also too many flies in the inside dining area during our late lunch.

The breakfast was the same everyday. More variety would be good. Even some of letter and fresh fried eggs as an option

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Some reviews said restaurant had bad service and bad food. I had great service at the restaurant and the club sandwich I had was very good.

Parking a little inconvenient but no big deal. Could use little extra walking.

We loved this hotel... it was a wonderful place to relax in comfort for a few days, after a difficult journey. All the staff here are amazing... friendly, helpful, keen to help, you feel really looked after here. The swimming pool is a great size and the restaurant food is delicious. Very comfortable bed too!Thank you very much to all the staff for our wonderful stay.

Sometimes the music at the pool was too loud at weekend... but when we asked the staff to lower it they were quick to respond.

The hotel is very nice overall, it’s not so big so it doesn’t have that much people which was great. The room was comfy and spacious. Staff was very friendly

It doesn’t have an elevator, so we had to ask for help to bring our luggage upstairs which did not bother us, but would be nice for comfort. I think if they had an all inclusive option it would be amazing

Well I like the property very much, it resembled greece and I was satisfied with everything.

Well it could better if they had the option for an all-inclusive plan. But besides that everything was perfect.

I did not like that the staff were made to wear dangerous mask that do nothing to protect them or anyone else. Basic logic is enough needed to know this since airborne viruses like covid enter our systems through eyes and anything g else and are much too small to be filtered by an N95 mask, much less the silly theater masks people are made to wear to keep them in fear. However they do restrict fresh air and more people have died from bacterial infections caused by wearing masks than were ever "protected" by them. This information is from the CDC and science and is readily available for anyone to look up themselves. The masks are promoted for one reason only, to promote fear. So sad the owners of the hotel do not care about their staff enough to let them breathe fresh air in such a well designed hotel with excellent openness to the wonderful fresh air.

That the staff were made to wear mask rather than be able to breathe the fresh air. The hotel is open to the fresh air. Mask kill. Humans were not made to recreate what they exhale. We were taught this in elementary school on up and if it were not so, God would not have given us a respiratory system to begin with. Please care about the staff and let them breathe the fresh air. Stop with the theater of fear and or liking people to look silly in mask. Otherwise, it's a great place.
