Breakfast was good but not much to choose from.

We were got by their sales team to buy their Vacation club. Not really a fan of that kind of approach too pricy for what it is. The access to the hotel needs improvement. We arrived and the room had two cockroaches walking around, the TV system was not working when we arrived. Room service only available until 2300. And they forbid to bring your own food. No minibar available, the device was there but empty. The door to the room was gripped so you need to push it very strong (room 105). To oprn and close. Lights were flickering. Bedroom did not have curtains, just the blackouts. Ammenities at the hotel were good the beach is nice, food service at the beach awesome. No drinks served on sunday!

Great breakfast buffet, natural fruit juices, local delicacies, plenty of options. Entertainment for the whole family, private access to the beach, staff is very attentive.

surfaces get dusty very fast, mostly from the ocean breeze, and rust shows on metal applications like balconies. Access to the property needs work, as it is easy to miss the exit from the highway. It could use a MUCH SOONER and LARGER SIGN at the highway to allow for time and preparation to take the exit into the beach resort.

The staff was great! Were extremely accommodating and always with a good demeanor when giving service. The front desk lady went above and beyond her line of duty to help me find a device I thought I lost at the hotel. For that, I am very appreciative.

Facilities were okay, but I believe they need to do some painting. This was my second visit, the first visit was in the middle of summer and the walls and stair railings needed some paint, nothing changed. In my second visit I found a roach in the bedroom in the middle of the night (We were in the 3rd floor), my girlfriend was disgusted but we were really tired and decided to wait until the next day to let the front desk know. This was the bad experience. Overall, VPX can do better if they show they maintain their facilities better. Staff was great, that is the reason why I returned.

the facilities are great, the pool is very big and have different sections for all ages and preference. the beach is so close and clean. we loved the activities, they have options for adults and kids. our favourite was the bonfire.

the a/c wasn’t working in any of the rooms according to the reception. The restaurant doesn’t have many options in their menu, if you stay there for many days it gets boring. we went to the Boulevard twice for variety of food. The restaurant is a bit pricey too.

Comfortable,quiet, relax

I was during the week no entertainment. They it is only in the weekend it supposed to have everyday only one restaurant only one pool and hard to get in there. No sign from the main road to the hotel

We like the property environment and staff friendlyness.

Food and drinks need improvement. The facilities need a touch up. There are some rusty balcony railings, missing paint and it would have been an excellent experience if they make the heating available in the rooms during winter time.

The beach and the room. The air conditioning was great as was the pool view from the second floor.

There was no pool bar or beach bar service (no drinks, snacks, etc.) when we were staying at the hotel the week before Christmas. That was very disappointing. There seemed to be quite a bit of renovations going on.

Great Breakfast

The key needs to be in place to turn on lights and they only gave us one key. When we would leave, the lights would then be off thusctelling burglars no one is home. A big security risk.
