Great resort. It was clean, not very busy, and very relaxing. There were so many amenities there wasn't time to use them all and they all seemed like fun. The food was excellent. It was quiet. The pool was very nice and well maintained, as were the many MANY spots to sit back and relax. The price is great compared to other hotels, and you're getting an amazing experience for what you pay. The rooms have a very good air conditioner for people who like it cold and if you like it warm, they give you an extra thick blanket for you to use. They cleaned the rooms everyday and did it well.

I wish they posted the meal schedule in the rooms or in front of the restaurant. It was hard to remember when breakfast, lunch, and dinner started and ended. We had a nice little pool to wash our feet right outside our room. They replaced the water the second day we were there, but the next day they forgot to put water in it, so we didn't have a place to wash our feet, which was a little inconvenient.

The landmarks are beautiful, day and night, excellent environment, always at a good temperature, not very hot nor very cold. Good facilities! Games for children, beautiful restaurants with a wide variety of options for every meal, very modern bathrooms and even a little shop where we could find some neccesary implements (sun blocker, a nice dress). We got sick at some point but the pharmacy from the town got our medicines to the resort at a low price too! Every night we had a funny companion... little foxes from around! Totally harmless, looking for food and some sympathy, a lovely addition to our stay We enjoyed the pool the most, it even has a jacuzzi which is turned on every now and then and gave us the chance to meet new people too. The attention was fantastic, we'll be remembering Viton, Guido, Arian, Camacho and the others for a long time and hope to see them all again next time we go!

My tennis days are gone and I don't have a racket right now, but if I did I wouldn't have been able to use it because the court was not in good shape, a minor observation though, I didn't go to play tennis :)

Beautiful, layout, very comfortable accommodation, great breakfasts, lots of activity options

Only thing which could be improved upon, was reducing both the volume and number of hours that music was constantly playing in the area by the pool and restaurants.

The staff were helpful, even though there was a language barrier. Janina helped us in particular. The massage was great and we were able to borrow masks to snorkel.

Some of the vegetarian food options were limited but often this comes down to choice.

The ambience and the friendliness of the staff

The running machine was out of action for the whole period of my stay. A gym with everything in working order is important to me.

The service. It's a very nice hotel, but the best of it was the service. We had an assigned server (Javier) for our bungalow and he always made sure we were ok. Would come back just for good the service was from him, and other staff. The activities for kids were great as well, this is definitively a family-oriented resort, while also having a nice bar and privacy in its beachfront bungalows/suites in case you are a couple.

We chose the most rustic beachfront bungalow on purpose as we found it cozier and it had a private hammock. We loved it, but we assumed the bathroom wouldn't be as updated as there were no pictures of it. Indeed, the bathroom could be updated, but water pressure in the shower was good so it was ok for us.

Great beach and swimming pool. Room was nice and well cleaned.

Breakfast setup and service could be improved.

There is a lot of thought put into making our stay/people's stay comfortable and have a good time.
