The hotel's location is perfectly located in the city center. You're welcomed by a super friendly reception desk with both Spanish and English speaking staff. They can do everything for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and receive personal attention from an assigned cleaner. There is also an attached restaurant with friendly staff who love to learn a little more about their customers with a little chat. Special thanks to Vanessa and Felipe for making our dinners special. The hotel also has its own taxi service for safe travel.

Courteous and helpful staff. Good restaurant. Great breakfast. Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Due to one night stay, we could not enjoy other amenities. Easy check in and check out.

The fact that I had to pay extra for early check in. Room was ready and I would have to wait about two hours for normal check in. But we were exhausted from a long journey and agreed to pay.

The staff in the restaurant were fantastic, especially Vanessa and Marcello. The rooms are really comfortable and it’s a great base for seeing the sights around Chiclayo. Highly recommended.

The staff were all very friendly and our room was much larger than expected. We opted to get a massage because the price was really affordable and much less than we would pay at home. The massages were excellent and very relaxing. We ate at the restaurant every night for dinner and the food was good.

Chiclayo itself did not feel as safe as the rest of Peru, but the hotel staff were excellent at taking care of us and helping us with transportation.

To reduce plastic trash, use refillable dispensers, not small plastic bottles.

Staff was gracious and supportive. Dining room was excellent. Greatly enjoyed the spa/massage option. Great choice for Chiclayo.
