The staff is friendly and tries to accommodate. The hotel is relatively safe. There are many local restaurant options and grocery stores nearby.

When I first arrived , the front desk explained the room I reserved ( Family Suite) was not available. The hotel claimed they had not received the reservation from Booking.com. They offered alternative double rooms instead. In the end they did have the room partially ready, but we declined because the bedrooms were streetside and exposed to a lot of noise pollution from the very busy commercial road the hotel is on. Lots of mototaxi honking. The double rooms were passable and comfortable enough. The walls could benefit from cleaning/repainting and the exterior facing windows should be cleaned better. They have no on-site parking. They offer parking in an off-site parking lot about 3 blocks away. The parking lot is littered with junk. The parking lot manager is friendly.
