I stayed in one of the cylinder accommodations, and it was quite comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive. Jhon, who is in charge of events, was fun. Parties are good

Breakfast is too small for what you pay for. Small pieces of bread, if you want more, to have to pay 5 soles. The kitchen needs improvement. Some utensils were not easy to find, y some cases missing. Unfortunately the beach has many stones exposed which makes difficult to enjoy the sea.

The place was amazing. It is near to the beach, so you can go there to walk anytime you want. Also, the facilities are very clean, the staff is very attentive with people.

This isn’t a very important problem, but on some days there are parties at the facility, and maybe, for some people, this could be a problem.

The pool and friendly staff. Mostly local guest spenging time here at least when we stayed. Nice areas to hang out around there. Best employee was Laura from Colombia at restaurant liked her a lot as a person😊

Food and menu at restaurant was not that good as in other Selinas around South and Central America. Definately would need better menu and also bit heart to cook the meals.

The place is amazing and the hotel/hostel should have at least an average of 9 - 9,3 🤷 Straight at the beach where you can walk along to the town if there is no high tide. Otherwise walk or take a tuktuk for 5 Sole to the center. As it's a mix between hotel and hostel it's not the perfect place to meet and speak to other people as you don't know which of them are backpackers ;) But to chill and relax for sure an amazing place i would go again 🌎😎🙏 Thanks guys 👌

Nice cute hotel with large hotel.

They strict about everything. You dirty a towel its a 20$ charge. Drinks are pricey 5$ beer and 10$ drinks. Party on the weekend is fun. You not allowed to take alcohol from outside and they search your bags for alcohol.

I is simply amazing, loud Latin music, good drinks and vibes! Nice activities.

Some of the staff was friendly, some not unfortunately. For example the waiters were not reactive, and a woman from the reception refused to give me an additional towel, she said they don’t have more towels. I was even willing to pay !

the service was excellent very kind crew, everything was clean and we felt safe, the food was good, and the pool and the view were great. the room was perfect, and the shared restrooms were excellent. I love the activities that the hotel organizes every day, it makes a great and fun experience for the guests. In addition, the dogs and cats were so cute and I saw that the crew took care of the plants.

Everything and I literally mean EVERYTHING!

Just one thing but that’s totally my experience they were fixing stuff while I was there and maybe got noisy when I was trying to sleep.

Don't know why the reviews are that low. I'm not the biggest Selina Fan but this place is awesome in every Aspect! For sure the best place in Mancora.

Bit pricey but its worth it!

great attitude form the staff, always smiling from check in until check out. very helpful when i needed any support, for example helping me find my lost trainers. Paola was great. Adri great guy! Alejandro and the bar staff were great, Angie and Irene always working in the restaurant with a smile on their face! lovely environment. i worked in the restaurant, or library, wifi excellent throughout.
