The hotel room was average. Old bathrooms but spacious. The restaurant though was nice and modern. The breakfast had many options. However not many options for vegetarian or vegan people other than fruit/4 types including one type of green juice…

One of the person’s at the front desk asked me to cancel my reservation with booking so he could give me a better deal for a few nights. He did his math in soles and confused me —- in the end he didn’t save me any money. Just canceled the reservation with booking so the company wouldn’t pay a fee… I found that fishy and not a fare way to do business with. If it wasn’t for this platform I most likely would have not found this hotel in the first place. If this gentleman really wanted to help me - would have figure something out about the price but not by playing dirty with this platform.

The staff was very kind and attentive, they did their best to make us comfortable during our stay. The pool was great too. Breakfast was ok, it could have more fruit variety and local/regional dishes. Eggs station was a very nice addition.

The hotel is ok, although the infrastructure is more consistent with a 4-star rather than a 5-star hotel.

I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions and it’s always been great. Clean, great food, great restaurant, clean pool, central location.

Restaurant didn’t let me charge my food to my room because I had to leave a deposit from which my meals were to be deducted from. I wish they had explained this to me when I checked in.

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and willing to help us out with our travels. The room was amazing too. Clean and big, the beds were comfortable as well. We loved our stay so much that we immediately booked another stay here for over 7 weeks!

Spacious and air conditioned. The staff are excellent and I could bring my dog. They were great with her, and provide a bed, eating / drinking bowls, a toy and poop bags. There’s a park outside to take dogs too as well. It was very well located and the breakfast was great.

They didn’t tell me that the dog needs papers to stay. I had them, but just a warning to future people travelling with pets.

My room was not equipped with a hairdryer but the hotel provided me with a portable one. I had to pay a small fee to use the shuttle to the airport that was publicised as a complimentary service.

It is very handy hotel for work because of the restaurant, bar and gym after a long work day. Staff very friendly.

it is an old fashion place. It needs maintenance. Paints on the walls outside are falling down. The head of my shower was broken (they had to come and change it) Blankets are cheap and rooms are basic. There was nothing in the fridge inside the room. Also there was not a hair dryer, I had to ask for one. Nothing really as a 5 stars hotel. This can be something like a 3 star hotel.

Nice suites, comfortable bedding, professional staff.

1) the shower is mounted too close to the wall so not only do you have to stand almost against the wall with very little range of movement, but the water also splashes outside the bathtub easily if you are not careful. 2) upon my first visit, with a room right over the swimming pool area, the music from the swimming pool area was extremely loud, the sound isolation from the room was inexistent. Upon my second visit, I got a room on the other side but I could still hear some music from the swimming pool area. 3) Breakfast was not up to the 5-star standard of the hotel. I have had much better breakfasts in much more modest hotels.

My room was spacious and cleaned daily to a great standard. There was air conditioning. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance from the main plaza. The hotel itself has got some shortcomings but the staff are what make it a 5 star.

Light in the room is too dim. The pool is in the shadow throughout most of the day so I barely used it. If you want to sunbathe, I recommend up until 12 - 1 pm before the shadow takes over. For a 5 star hotel in such a hot location (Pucallpa) I'd expect a mini fridge in the rooms where I can keep my beverages cool. Limited breakfast options.

Nice clean room and air conditioning

Was a smoky time of the year and sometimes could smell smoke in the rooms. Unavoidable due to all the smoke outside. Better inside than outside. Also the air con in the foyer is not on.
