Spacious comfortable room with good showers. Staff is flexible and helpful. 20 minutes walk to main square. Nice breakfast in top floor restaurant (11th floor). Comfortable quiet bar on the ground floor.

Unfortunately there were parties in town the whole weekend, one can hear from our room on 8th floor. The parties were miles away but we could still hear it in the background, this is out of the control of the hotel

We lovvvvvved this property! This was the highlight of Trujillo. The room was comfortable and super clean, the shower was the best water pressure I think I’ve ever felt in my life, and the breakfast was hot, fresh and replenished well! Super great! We even booked directly to their other property in Lima Miraflores (which was actually a let down in comparison to Trujillo!)

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. They helped us with an early morning taxi, breakfast to go, preparing made to order items, room service, and laundry needs. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room was spacious with plenty of clothing storage. Shower had great water pressure The hotel is near a few nice restaurants, but their room service prepared excellent meals, too. Tierra Viva’s breakfast buffets have always been fantastic.

Excellent hotel, excellent taxi service, excellent clean room, good restaurant and room service: it was the best hotel of our stay in Perú: highly recommanded! Excellent price quality!

It a 10 minutes drive away from the beautiful Plaza de Armas, but thanks to their excellent taxi service, it’s no problem.

They gave me a room at floor 9 with great views. The breakfast buffet at floor 11 is very good and so are the sunsets that you can enjoy from floor 11. It’s a commercial hotel but still the staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel and the staff made that I extended my stay for one more day.

Modern hotel, clean, great staff

Why can’t any hotel in Peru have a dang coffee maker or even hot water maker in their room. Though everything else here was great they still didn’t supply an amenity that is standard in the rest of the world.

The breakfast in the "roof top" was very nice. They had several options for a la carte items (included in the paid buffet breakfast) that they would prepare for you right at the moment. The staff in general, starting with the doorman, was very helpful and welcoming.

Great location and room had a nice overall view. Front desk Christian was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the young lady’s name but she was very nice as well. I’d gladly recommend and would stay there whenever I return to visit Trujillo again.

Excellent facility and very personable staff. Top-floor restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. An enjoyable experience overall.

Hottest summer and fall in a long time. A pool would have been nice.
