I Like the location.

I moved 3 times to have a comfortable room. 1st room a/c leaking 2nd room not good ambiance 3rd the toilet sink spoiled and the toilet stink. The key card. We cannot go inside because of the card. Almost 30 mins we stayed outside. We waiting for the housekeeping to arrived, She never smiled and she is not polite. And also the other receptionist tell to my brother to may extra money for every one hour stay, without asking first if they are going to sleepover or not. But the other lady receptionist is very good and the guard also very nice. The super down side is, they ask me for additional 500 pesos, since I booked online.they say that is for their office. That is not fair.

we had a nice stay. staff are friendly. comfortable room, I love the bed and beddings. I just want to make a suggestion, room should atleast have a kettle and coffee mugs 😊

Really decent, cozy queen sized bed with white linen sheets. The room we were assigned had an AC inverter, but water was dripping from it and the floor eventually had a puddle. Clean restroom and towels, plastic utensils were free. Room itself was spacious, with a work desk, which was perfect for us as we were working remotely. WiFi connection is good. Location was perfect, there's a Jollibee and McDonald's beside/in front of it. Stores, pharmacies, etc. is just a stone's throw away.

No parking space for guests with cars. We had to park so far away from the place until we discovered a pay parking a couple of meters away. There's TV but like most budget hotels in the Philippines, there was no channels except for the basic ones, and they were like 3-4.

I like the bed was so comfortable

Didn't have wifi, from early morning until checkout.

The staff were very accommodating, were always smiling, and adjusted to our needs. The bed was really comfy and the bathroom was clean.

The door of our room has a defective lock. There was no parking area outside. We needed to park our car somewhere else.

its close to my Sister’s place and my favourite place, church.

after 2 yrs not staying in the place, i ended up telling staff that the toilet seat as I can remember had not been fixed as well as the table that’s rocking when putting your bags.

We were never told about the breakfast

Bathroom cover seat are not properly placed, it’s moving around. Molds are all over bathroom. Need to be separated the water from the shower instead of just having 1 deainage.

Absolutely nothing. One of the worst places I've ever stayed.

This was a terrible experience. The 1st room they put me in was full of mold, so was the second and third room . The fourth room they gave didn't smell of mold, but was very dirty. There was hair on the bedding and in the bathroom. I'm bald, so the foot long hair was not mine. I wanted to leave but they refused to refund any money. They also charge for having guests. The first night the elevator broke and I was on the 6th floor. Unfortunately I was there for 3 nights.
