Very Clean, very nice bathroom (hard to find in Ph in this price range), nice staff. On backyard room it was very quiet. Room seemed to be bigger in picture, but it was okay.

Only downside was the breakfast, it was good but pretty boring, not much choice, and no tropical fruits haha. But the staff never complained, when i brought some additional stuff to eat to the breakfast table. So just go to fishmarket and bring your own tropical fruit (and a knife, the knifes they give are not cutting it).

The staff are super friendly and hospitable and did their best speaking English. We ended up staying 5 nights here and were not disappointed at all. The rooms are comfortable and are cleaned daily upon request. There is an excellent laundromat next door as well. Cafe Dania is right next door if you need an iced coffee. Highly recommend.

The only negative was the rooms are not sound proof at all. You can hear everything happening outside in the corridors. The music from the neighbourhood was so loud one night but I guess there are no rules with that here!

Food at the restaurant: Excellent I've stayed at WP many times because I fly back and forth from Manila every other month. It is only 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. I checked Excellent on every category as West Prime is easily the best hotel in Calbayog.

Just a minor issue. I am a US resident and carry a Chase debit card and for whatever reason it never works at WP but does elsewhere in PI.

This is one of the best hotels in the city. I've stayed there several times and the staff recognizes me and my family. We are treated with respect a courtesy. Also the best restaurant in town is on the 4th floor. The food keeps getting better every time I eat there. If you are an American, European, or Australian, you will be comfortable.

I haven't had a bad experience so I have nothing to say here.

Breakfast choice was limited but acceptable. The chef made my eggs over medium and then came out to check to see if that was correct. Other meals in the restaurant were quite good. Lots of choices and serving sizes were generous. The staff is excellent and strive to please. Room is clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. If you are in Calbayog I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

More towels and toilet paper

Old but they keep it clean and I love the the entrance and how it’s solid all the foundation looks so strong and like what I saw in Europe.

The property itself is good, but when I went to the bar, I waited for so long for someone to serve me, like I didn’t exist, The staff were good when they start talking to you but very slow when it comes to see you,

The Hotel is nice but the rooms is a bit smaller and the toilet is no toilet handle to put the toilet paper. The breakfast is not much to choose perhaps is only complementary breakfast.

The Place is nice and safe and friendly staff 😊.

Convenient location for shopping, walkable to Malls. Very friendly staff.

As like many of the accommodations I have stayed at it the Philippines, ants are very common especially in the bathroom area.

We stay here every year for 7-10 nights when we come for missionary work. The staff goes overboard to help us with anything we need and it's nice to be recognized when we return. It feels like family!

Breakfast was ok but small choice. Booked for 3 persons but only allowed 2 included free breakfasts. All staff except one lady at breakfast were helpful and polite. Cleanliness was perfect

Weird breakfast rule and limited choice unless you purchase extra. No refrigerator in any room.
