Staff was very nice, and would help out as they could. Restaurant food was good. We had an extended stay, so the hotel laundry service was very handy. Clean room. It is a fine place to stay for a short visit.

The room was not very soundproof relating to outside noise. The room was small and comprised of a bed, nightstand and television.. There was no dresser or desk to use. We lived out of our suitcases. By the end of our stay, the room felt very small. Would not recommend for an extended stay.

Bed is very comfortable. Very good breakfast. They also had an option to pack the meal for takeout. Convenient location, near SM City Cauayan. Bus terminal and the airport are a short drive/ride away. Staff are cordial to the guests.

There was some ongoing construction on the building facade during my stay, and the main entrance was slightly blocked by scaffolding. Maybe there should have been more prominent/secure overhead cover/protection as it is the MAIN hotel entrance/exit. For the noise, I did not hear any, since my room was located at the back.

Not enough towels. Only supplied bath towels; no hand towels or wash clothes. Uncertain of housekeeping days; they should have cone every day to pick up basket where we had to put toilet tissue (Philippines).

Facilities were very clean. Very simple hotel but well maintained. Good place to consider for the area. Definitely worth a consideration when staying in Cauyaun.

Noise outside was not able to be filtered by the windows probably due to the seal of the installation. The curtains are not blacked out, so you really wake up with the sunrise.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and organized. The food was great. The preparation for the meals was good. The location, which was just 5 minutes from SM, was accessible. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

I did stay in Mango Suite Cauayan branch for 8 days. The room is simple but spacious, I did enjoy drinking my coffee on their tiny terrace every morning while observing the City of Cauayan. ( located near SM) The service was perfect! From security guards to receptionists to cleaning boy all the way to their restaurant . You can notice that the employees here are well trained. (unlike in some Hotels in Cauayan) They have reasonable price compared to other Hotels in Cauayan, they are polite, very accommodating and they make an effort to give their best to satisfy their guests. I couldn’t ask for more! I will definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Cauayan City.

We did stay for 8 days and they offer the same breakfast everyday.😏 After a couple of days they did consider some additional orders like sandwiches, fruit platter and french fries.😁

Hotel was quite close to SM City Cauayan. Thus it was easy to go there for quick errands or if you want to visit the mall. My room had a good view of the city. While I did not avail of the free airport shuttle service, it was available for the guests who need it. Staff were cordial and attentive to guests' needs.

Mango suites is my go-to-place whenever Im in Cauayan. The staff are really accommodating and very kind. Rooms are very spacious. Good value for money.

The location.

The check in and check out time. Because i travel by bus and the bus arrives at dawn. Its very inconvinient to wait for 9-10 hrs before i could check in at 2pm. 😑 I also hv to check out at 1130am that is 6hrs bfr the bus depart.

I like the room and the staffs. Very accommodating.

I just don't like that the room has no slippers hehe... and It's not soundproof. I can hear noise outside.
