I really liked the staff attitude and hotel facilities. The staff members were courteous and timely; they even accommodated some last-minute requests without much complaining. The hotel facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. If I am able to in the future, I would be glad to stay with them again.

There are two things that can be improved. The first is that our room (closer to the swimming pool) was full of mosquitoes! It's a bit strange to see them there in a hotel of this caliber; surely this can be fixed. The second thing that can be improved is the number of meal choices at the hotel restaurant and their prices. There didn't seem to be many choices on the menu, and they were quite expensive compared to other places in their vicinity. It would be nice if the hotel management could look at these two issues and see and how they can be addressed.

I love that it’s a cozy semi intimate resort. Perfect getaway away from city crowd. - Staff are courteous. - Rooms are neat - Good value for the price

There are just some areas in the room that perhaps need fixing or upgrading. - Door lock is a bit hard to maneuver - Bathroom sink pipes were already tarnished - Major concern: Water heater in the shower. We had to call maintenance twice to have it checked because at first it didn’t work and then after the first fixing it only worked for a while and then got jammed again. Perhaps it’s the water pressure also. Water was a little slow. - There were stray dogs walking in the vicinity where the rooms were located. Poor dogs, some have skin diseases already☹️

I love our staycation at Maayo Hotel San Remigio. It's our first time to stay at Maayo and we are very happy to be greeted by very friendly staff... One standout is Yahser from the banquet team. He was very attentive to our needs and we love how he shared some backstories (pandemic times). He really knows his job and took it by heart. Great job, Maayo San Remigio Team! Ohh, last but not the least, their food selection was great! Their beef caldereta is a bomb!

Perfect resort in the middle of San Remigio village. The staff were very friendly, I had a nice conversation with them. The food in the restaurant was just too delicious! ask for the seafood pasta and thank me later.

The rooms were not cleaned for the entire time. They only changed the sheets and ignored everything else. I had to call them to come clean.

Our stay at Maayo San Remigio Resort was delightful! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, with a great view. There were plenty of picturesque spots around the resort, perfect for capturing memorable moments.

The staff at the Reception were extraordinarily attentive, the hotel facilities and amenities were fabulous and were as I expected based on the website pictures when I was browsing for a place to stay.

There were limited options for breakfast (included in our package) though the restaurant staff provided speedy service :)

My sister in law booked our rooms through priceline.com using her cc however to our surprise the cc used was not debitted ending us paying in cash instead. Also on the page upon booking shows the rooms booked has a complimentary bfeakfast but there is actually none.

The view, place, staff, ammenities, room. All good.

Hoping for a little bit more a variety of food for breakfast.

I recommend to have a tennis /beaker ball or any activities that one can do.
