My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — it’s just a short walk to the shopping mall, which made everything so convenient. The buffet breakfast was very nice, offering a good variety of food to start the day. My room was really spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few small issues that could be improved. I’d still recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent breakfast.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, though there was a bit of confusion about the total number of guests I booked, and they almost asked me to pay extra for breakfast. Fortunately, it was sorted out quickly. One minor downside was that some areas of the hotel still had a noticeable smell of paint, which was a bit disappointing considering the premium room rates.

Seda is home to me when I’m in Davao for work. I choose to stay here bec it’s quiet, I know the people there, location is great. They treat me well for the most part.

Their bottle of sparkling water is scandalously overpriced- far more than 5 star hotels would price theirs. I was being charged over 500 bucks for a 500 ml bottle that in 5 star hotels would have cost 250/300. Worst part was the snooty and rude attitude of the manager. He made the whole thing worse. What made it much easier for me was the waiter who was apologetic. Seems like he knew more than the manager did about the business of hospitality.

The staff were wonderful. They were very helpful and tried to accommodate me with my requests from early check in to moving to a different room. This is my go to hotel every time I go to Davao. I would like to stay a bit more if I could.

They are undergoing renovations at the moment so there are still some lingering smell from paint. But I am hopeful the next time I come back it’s going to be a better experience and it will be a 10 next time.

Location is excellent, right next to a mall. Staff were all friendly, and really went our of their way to look after guests. Room was delightful. Comfortable, aircon was perfect, bed was so comfortable. Water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was good, with many options. As with all buffet breakfasts, some options had gone cold, but the food was delicious.

Floor drainage in the bathroom is angled incorrectly, so the floor doesn't drain. Main downside was that I had to go home! Had a great stay here, would happily recommend.

Location. After a long time the hotel finally has small towels in the rooms. We had seven rooms and after asking the others in our group we all had an issue with shower heads are clogged and don't spray evenly. Love the lounge and the happy hour. Choices of snacks during happy hour have greatly improved. Parking always seem to be a problem as many people who are just there during for meetings or effects also park inside leaving no space for clients actually staying at the hotel.

Limited parking. Breakfast can be greatly improved. We compare the quality from other seda hotels with the seda abreeza and honestly there is no comparison. Very poor choices and total lack of replenishment. Cold cuts are basically not available and if there are any they are cut in tiny little pieces. I have never seen real ham here or real orange juice and not some cheap Tang. For the price they charge for breakfast the hotel should do a lot better

Central location adjacent to the Abreeza Mall. The room was clean - although the hot water could have been hotter! Very pleasant swimming pool with a little suntrap - and not overused when I was there. Staff were very friendly & helpful - my first room was at the end of a corridor & the wifi link awful. The staff moved me to a room near the lifts (& wifi routers?) ... problem solved.

Although breakfast was served until 10am - certain items (pineapple for example ... Yes, local fresh pineapple!!) could run out and then be "unavailable". Also the heat lamps didn't keep food hot - so pancakes were invariably cold. Some of the towels and bath mats were well past their best. Why can't hotels just review this? It'd be so easy to do!

It is infront of a big mall. The room I was given was big for 1 person. The toilet was exceptionally clean. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. The staff are all accomodating and friendly. The food (breakfast) was ok. Im not mad about it.

I suggested to one of the staff that those who handle their emails like the dvo and reservations needs to be reactive to emails. The purpose of those is for correspondence, the emails needs to be answered. I think this great, lovely hotels downfall lies on how good are they with communication. But apart from that, This property is a gem

Checking in. Person checking me in claimed I made two reservations, which I disputed by telling her I mistakenly reserved a family room but was able to correct it to a single room as soon as I realized my mistake. I was also asked for payment, which she retracted because I already paid in full. It left a bad taste in my mouth. It still does. Otherwise everything else went well.

Staff at Executive lounge is great ( Ruel and his OJT , Mar and Rolex )assist us very well. Freebees at executive lounge is great.

I don't like the personal chiller , The food that we bought ( salad ) spoiled . Better to replace it with personal refrigerator. Also the response on the installation of TV internet is very poor ( Netflix, You tube etc. ) need to follow up 4 times before it fixed . Hotel should have own Netflix account so guest can enjoy the Netflix movies and should be readily available.

I loved everything about this hotel and the staff, The location was perfect and walk across the side road and your at the mall, close to the other places we needed to go to. Alvin the doorman was exceptional in his role and so helpful, he needs a wage raise, the girls at the front desk were so helpful in checking in, telling me about what's around and pointing out places of interest. The staff at the restaurant were great, so helpful and smiling all the time which must be hard to do. The buffet food was really nice and a good variety and selection was available. All up, I can't think of one negative comment. Top hotel and I will be staying again for sure. Thanks to all the staff there that made our stay a pleasurable and memorial one as well.
