I like the location of the hotel. It's quiet and away from the crowd. But make sure the parking lot is clean and the parking lot is well-lit because I got injured in the parking lot due to some wood. I asked for assistance or a tetanus vaccine, but unfortunately, the hotel said they are not liable even though it happened in their parking lot.

How clean and friendly the staff, view is also good. Pool was clean and gym area was not crowded.

The early check in time not being accurate but it was understable and how it was too far from other locations, so without transportation you either need to bring stuff first or go out again Rooms were notas soundproof since we can hear other people from a little bit from dfferent rooms.

Good thing i have our company vehicle and my officemate can just pick me up from the hotel. The only available means of transportation is grab.

I am expecting breakfast is included but it turned out it is not.

The price is fair for the unit. The unit itself is clean and neat. Bonus is the bath tub!

The curtains could be improved, as sunlight enters the room early and wakes us up. It would be better if the room could go fully dark, it disrupts the sleep experience hehe.

The staff were amazing, the hotel was clean, it was located in a quiet location, good value for money. At first I was a bit reluctant to book this hotel because of the reviews but to my surprise it was such a pleasant stay.

Bed was a bit firm for my liking.

Breakfast options options were available. It was a little distance to the main city but close to the Crocodile Farm and Zoo.

we really appreciated the surprise decor for the room upon checking in as a newly wed couple. went above and beyond with our check in. staff were genuine when we interacted with them.
