I recently stayed at this hotel that exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it a refreshing place to relax after a long journey. The staff were truly awesome—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features was its near to the airport; I could easily reach my flight without any hassle. The rates were incredibly cheap, offering great value for such quality service. While the breakfast was simple and okay, it didn’t detract from the overall positive experience. Highly recommend!

The room is very clean, I should say you get the value for your money. Towels and basic toiletries were provided. Front desk clerk is very helpful.

When I booked I thought the credit card I used settled my bill, but I was informed upon check-in that the accommodation should be paid at the property. This was not revealed to me at the time of booking. I was not also informed that there was a price hike in their room rate effective Oct. 1. The rooms were situated beside the road, you can hear the noise of passing cars. There was no hot shower. Quite far from the city center but near the airport.

Malou & her team are collectively a gem. Malou was extremely accomodating when we requested changes to the booked rooms & a last minute request for late checkout. B&S is a modest accomodation that is immaculately clean!

The ongoing construction in an adjacent property which was totally out of their control. Basically, nothing do dislike.

The place was new and clean. It was close to the airport and dipolog city. The straff treated you respect and made you feel welcome.The decor was and lighting was great, and the bathroom was very spacious with a large bathtub

They still have some construction going on, so there were still some things that need to be worked on. But see it being better when all the construction is complete

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I had a good internet connection, and directed me to restaurants within walking distance. The room was very nice and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a nice benefit.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Area was safe. Close to the airport. Walkable restaurants.

Internet was good, but tended to turn off and I would have to ask for it to be reset often

only one staff Malory was there, she was doing everything in the hotel honestly, she was very very professional, polite, helpful, very commit to help the hotel guests. if I come back to this region, I will rebook in this hotel after confirmation that Malory Bongcawil still there.

Excellent staff, great location, central to transportation!! Cozy accommodations and nice service!!!

They have some expansion plans in progress that detracts a little from the rear view but I'm so excited for the new meeting center to be completed!!!
