The staff were fantastic Ate Fay was very sweet and attentive. Ate Fay provided a beautiful breakfast each morning. Ate Tessie was also sweet and kept us entertained....a joker. These ladies were a pleasure to spend time around. The garden is a stunning example of Filipino old world and modern. It is superb! So tranquil in the crazy city of Manila. The garden is tended to with love by Ate Tessie.

I cannot fault the property. It is a lovely welcoming BnB with a beautiful garden and staff.

Extremely friendly staff, felt like they were part of your family. We had a terrible experience with another booking.com place just before this where they didn’t answer their phone for two hours waiting, then we decided to book this last minute and extremely happy we did. We were greeted with cold bottled water, air conditioned room and smiles. The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Some people may not like the location as the closest restaurants are street food. If that’s your vibe, you will like the location, too. Very close to the airport, too.

Well kept BnB since 2005 with free breakfast (you can specify your dietary requirements), private bathrooms, 24/7 front desk that will open up gate for you even if you are coming at wee morning hours due to your flight or a wake, optional laundry and drying service at reasonable Philippine pesos cost per weighed kilo, working airconditioning, gorgeous gardens, secure neighborhood, high speed Internet c/o PLDT home fiber that you can tap w/ their WiFi, within driving or commuting distance of international airport, malls, even funeral homes (we flew back for a wake & memorial service), can use the Grab app even w/ US credit card to look up food delivery, taxi rides, motorcycle rides; easy to find for people giving services to guests like professional massages at a fraction of what they cost overseas ; other boarders are professionals who are easy going, low to no drama types; really cool staff in Tessie, Fe, and Evelyn along w/ their 2 cats, Muning and Lyn:)

The rare times I needed a working printer to print off things I had to sign regarding some family matters, the printer was not working well. Luckily I had family members w/ printers if their own who can print out what I need. I wonder about other travelers though who have no local ties and thus have to rely on Internet cafes & print shops to get things like printed boarding passes, etc. If you have no local ties, better be proficient at using Grab app or hailing taxicabs by taking a brief walk outside into major thoroughfare to get anywhere.

It was 15 min walk to our game site. Peaceful. Clean. Perfect breakfast. Great hosts. Hot shower! Easy to locate. Big rooms, cold and cozy. Old house but i love it. Chk in at 10am was arranged. Due to heavy rain, we were allowed to chk out at 2pm. Thank you very much casa Joaquin for ur kindness and considerations!!! Will come back soon.

Staff didn't speak much English but they were helpful and friendly. Luckily I can speak some Tagalog. I tried to book an extra 2 nights at the end of my stay but they tried to charge me an extortionate amount so I had to find another hotel at short notice.

The breakfast was very good. Plenty of coffee and a different meat each morning, along with fruit, toast, and an egg. Some of it was Philippine fare, and along with western. Staff was very attentive to our requests. The place is a nice old Philippine home with a patio, yard, trees, and common areas. It is very secure and clean. A staff person is available day and night. I stayed there twice later on, in between my excursions to northern Luzon, Coron, and my flight back to the US.

The air conditioner could not keep up during the warmest part of the day, but it was supported by a good ceiling fan. During the day, there is traffic noise, and noise from planes out of the nearby airport.

The staff were very polite and service oriented. Breakfast was good. Place was accessible by Grab. Ambiance was homy and comfy. We stayed 17 nights and were satisfied.

Perhaps the bathroom rugs can be replaced. Not a big deal though.

How friendly the staff were. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Nice breakfast. Arranging taxi to and from airport. Interesting conversation with the owner. Felt like in the countryside as garden lovely and quiet

Everything good

Stayed there with my big labrador. He had a big garden to run around in and places he could relife himself. A very good place to stay with your pet. Nice quiet neighbourhood for you to take walk with your dog. Close to airport terminal 3. 20min

This B&B was a big surprise! My kids were at first hesitant to stay there. But they became aclimated easily in the surrounding and they felt comfortable and safe. We all enjoyed the al fresco dining hall, the garden, the big rooms, the breakfast and the staff was unbelievable. Sharon catered to all our pre-check-in concerns, Fe prepared all our breakfast requirements even helping us buy taho from the local vendor one morning, Flor was always attentive to our daily needs and Tessie was so helpful that she even hailed a taxi for us when transportation was an issue. They were all lovely people!

It was difficult to get a taxi or a Grab ride. Oh well, it's a hidden gem. That's what you get for privacy.
