Quiet place, pool available, spacious room, parking, security, small store in building

Problems with light switches, staff took payment more than was in booking (1525 instead of 1360)

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The room is spacious and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool especially perfect for hot summer days. We are also the only ones using it that time. There are also nearby stores, cafe, and carinderia you can go to. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The pool is closed during Mondays and there's a fee per person worth 500 each to be paid at the property. It would be nicer if there are kitchenwares in the room.

Breakfast was simple, rice, egg and some meat, but it was very cheap so I have nothing to complain about about that Location was pretty bad, had to take taxi to everything, I think I spent about 1000 USD in taxi alone :(

The internet could have been faster, the location was not very good, could not go out a lone after dark, was an extremely poor area, but maybe it will change in a few years with the rest of rebuilds that is going on

The place was very nice.put booking.com .is not good..I been scammed on one of my previous booking..and have not have any help from booking.com..if they have scammers on their web site.they should sort out the money lost.so be very careful

Everything’s good except transport

The jeep/van slightly high and too many hump. If they have buggy cart and for the private roadside it would be better. Overall i still love it and plan to go again.

The place is convenient and safe. The staff were always ready to help. Had an amazing stay. There was a fridge and AC which is a necessity in the Philippines.

You can't stay here for long since there's no microwave and no electric kettle. If you are open to order food everyday, then this is a place for you.

Very spacious rooms great for a family or travelling with friends. Clean and had great aircon.

Found that the location was a bit hard to find for taxi’s. However if you know the area there’s no issue.

Good value for money. Close to airport and city mall. You will feel safe around the property as security is available at the entrance. Staff are very friendly and so helpful.

No mirrors and clothes hangers in the property.
