Accessible and a budget friendly place

Hotel was safe..everything worked in the room maybe and A/C worked perfect and fast to get the room cold, and shower was excellent cold and hot consistently no hiccups once o ever.

except for the TV connection of the signal was a little poor, vision wasn't so clear and volume was to low on most channels..

Everything except what is noted below.

The elevator closing mechanism, specifically the timing of the closing is dangerous. I have a gash on my arm as it somewhat violent and forcefully decided to close when it felt this senior didn’t enter quickly enough. I reported this to the front desk this morning before checkout and stressed that I felt strongly that the appropriate management personnel followed up on my observation and unfortunate encounter with a hungry elevator(lift).

Been here, done that several times. Same old same old, the staff and facilities are excellent(see didn't like below for exception). Special kudos to housekeeping!

Service in the resto is spotty and this visitor believes that in general management needs to evaluate and address areas where improvement are required. I am intentionally being vague. Management needs to address!

Friendly staff, if you ask something they will help you to solve the problems . Room are clean , they give you everyday bottled water and also clean towels if requested. Its better to ask a room with window.

I like most the friendly and hospitable staff especially Emma. She is a real gem. Centrally located so everything we needed to get are within easy reach.

Would like to have a small refrigerator and electric water heater inside the room.

I liked the staff. They were so accommodating. I also like the fact that my requests were granted. And our breakfast was served in our room without us requesting. ☺️ Thank you! We will surely be coming back!

I am just wondering why they don't issue a receipt for our meals unless we ask for one. And it takes so long to make one. It should be handed out to the customer without even asking as soon as transactions are done.

Nice hotel, great location, clean room, comfy bed, low prices. A lot of shops in walking distance.

The shower in the suite 2 was too low, no average person does fit below for showering. The pictures on booking are terrible, I do not understand why, the hotel is great to stay.

Staff were exceptional. Food was good. Property on the whole was very nice.

Hot water was hit and miss. Cracked/loose tiling. Windows had not been cleaned from the outside for quite some time. TV reception was extremely poor, even the pay channels. Overall.... a "Grande" hotel that's seen better days but with a little attention to detail could easily be great again.
